This clinic saved my sweet 9 year old affenpinscher! She has had urinary issues for the last 2 years, and gradually over the last year it became quite severe. She was forever "leaking", and would spend up to 15 minutes straining to go when let outside. I brought her to the vet in the cities where I live and they continually told me it was due to old age and incontinance. When I made yet another appointment and pressed harder to figure out what was going on with her, they did some simple tests and found she had huge bladder stones and quoted me over $1500 for the surgery to remove them. We had a tough decision to make knowing we would not be able to afford that. When visiting the cabin I decided to call Redroof Animal hospital for a second opinion. They quoted me a cost that was around 1/3 my dogs regular clinic (I wont say the name of other clinic). Needless to say we were able to set up an appointment to do the surgery. There were no extra fees (which I consistently run into in the cities), after her procedure they boarded her overnight for observation (my clinic was going to be same day) and they kept me updated on what was going on with my girl. These wonderful humans truly care about the animals brought to their clinic. They saved a dear member of my family and I am incredibly grateful! It has been nearly 2 weeks since the surgery and I have my dog back! She is doing wonderful...no more accidents in the house and she is running and playing like a puppy again! Kudos to Red Roof.
