Emergency Room was amazing. I like to read reviews before choosing services but I dont really take time to write one but this experience was nice enough to give them a thumbs up. I took my son there at 3am last week for fever cough and wheezing. The fever and cough are standard at our house but the wheezing was scary especially in the middle of the night. The doctor was a nice older man..reminded me of my dad a little. He explained xrays and radiation and the pros/cons. He also got blood work because of his high temperature. When he came back to check on my baby, he brought a toy for him to play with..one of the little minion toys. I was just really touched by how calm and nice the folks were. He took me to the xray computer so I could see where my son had pneumonia and explained every step from the blood work to the antibiotics. He and the nurse and the girl at the front kept checking on us to see how we were. It was overwhelming to be in an ER period but they certainly made our night easier. To top it off, a doctor called me the next day to check on Gabriel..she even took the time to go over his antibiotics to be sure I was taking it correctly. super nice! Ive been to Methodist and Cypress Fairbanks and they are always crowded, everyone is sick and the nurses are short with you. The doctors never remember your name or what you are there fore cus they are so busy. This was a refreshing alternative. Id definitely recommend the Lifesavers emergency room.

Prepare to be ripped off. First of all, I will say that I have incredible insurance so financially this had little impact on me. But I recently took my 3 year old precautionary to this place because all urgent care locations were closed and this appeared to be the only reasonable place to go with all the reviews. He woke up in the middle of the night with a coarse voice and bad cough which was pretty much as I expected was Croup. Well we go their just in case and they give him a breathing treatment and a steroid shot plus blood work. Doctor diagnoses him with RAD which I knew to be incorrect and my pediatrician whom I visited with the following day agreed. Regardless, I finally got the final bill and this 2 hour visit most of which was just sitting around and didnt even diagnose it correctly resulted in a $8100 charge. And the insurance paid! Absolutely unreal for what we actually received. $8100 for Croup. Ridiculous. Update. Lifesavers contacted me a few days later regarding the issue and resolved any outstanding problems we had. Still seems expensive for what they did, but they did state that the insurance rates are provided to them by the insurance company, not vice versa. They did say that are very willing to work with patients regarding billing amounts and adjust charges all the time to be more accommodating. Overall, I dont know if this would be my first choice due to unpredictability in cost, but I would use them again if I needed to.

New Review:: I wanted to take the time to follow up on my review and note that the owner and Doctor I referenced from my very first visit that was great, DR. FOYE, personally called me to apologize on the unusual incident on my second visit and I have also receive a couple follow up calls on my general health which I appreciate. It is great to see that great customer service is not dead and I would definitely return to this ER should the need present itself. Original Review:: Okay so this is a two part review. I came here in Feb/March after a car accident late night and the two staffers were great people and my time in there was not that bad. HOWEVER, on a visit tonight (Im still sitting here)- I was worried I had a concussion and I came in at 1:30 or so and the doctor on the initial diagnosis said it was mild trauma and unless I wanted to get the X-ray I was fine. So Ive been sitting here for 30mins just waiting on a pill for pain and still sitting waiting to be discharged. ??? Do they drag their feet on purpose to make the money for the night ? Im so confused-- and annoyed. This is making my headache worse. If I was a horrible person I would rate them a ONE star for tonight but I think this nurse and Doctor are the problem and not the facility.

I took my cousin to Life Savers because he was having painful abdominal pains. Obviously we didnt want to go to a regular hospital and have to wait hours to be treated. We have all heard about the long wait times in ERs. At Life Savers, my cousin was seen by a nurse under five minutes of arrival and seen by the Doctor, five minutes afterwards. The staff is incredibly friendly, and took the time to explain the prosses ( what tests were taken, what to expect, how long for results ....) The convenience of getting the lab work and radiology and getting the results in under an hour is AMAZING!!! Every questioned we had was answered in full detail. I definately am very satisfied with Life Savers!! It is conveniently located in Willowbrook and OPEN 24 hours a day. Lots of parking and no waiting. I sincerely am grateful to the staff at Life Savers@ Willowbrook. I only wish I could give 6 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had to go to the ER to get checked out for pneumonia. They took me straight to the back and I got to see the doctor right away. No waiting for anyone to call my number. She was extremely knowledgeable and professional. So was my nurse, she even called me the next day to make sure Id gotten my prescriptions and check up on me! It was a HUGE difference from sitting in a regular ER. They even gave my boyfriend a flu shot...for FREE (and he wasnt even the patient!) Thanks to everyone at Lifesavers, especially Honey? (I think thats her name) Dr. Foye, Tasha and the nurse were all amazing! You guys have a wonderful facility and gave a great first impression. Knowing me, Ill be back soon, but this time itll be for the CPR Class!

I brought my mother to Lifesavers Emergency Room after she awoke with shortness of breath. As soon as we walked through the door, my mother was quickly taken to a room. The nurse and the doctor were professional and caring. They did several tests and the doctor explained what each test result meant. My mother was given medication in the ER and the shortness of breath resolved. I thank the doctor and staff at Lifesavers for taking such good care of my mother. I recommend Lifesavers for anyone that is need of excellent medical care without the wait.

The nurse and staff were wonderful and they got me in very quickly, but I was not very impressed with the Doctor. They ran an EKG, he asked a few questions and did a very quick exam and sent me on my way. He told me he could draw blood if I wanted him to...really odd and almost apathetic. He asked me the same questions over and over as if he had forgotten my previous response. We then get the bills and they charge over 5K for this! Wow. I wont be going back there. If not for the nursing staff it would be one star. Avoid this place!
