For delivery, it was horrible. I was sent home in LABOR and told to walk for 2 hours. I came back the next morning and refused to leave, my contractions were awful and again, was told to walk for 2 hours. These were not "baby having" contraction and she pulled another patients contractions up to show me how much worse they were going to get. Real professional. The nurse gave me apple juice to "wake" the baby, but it sent her heart rate through the roof and they had to induce me to progress my labor. I was told I had a major bladder infection (after being catheterized) and needed antibiotics. Thats why my contractions were so awful. In the end- there was no bladder infection at all. The doctor said there was no infection. The nurse even described my infection in detail. It was not sure why that was made up. About 30 minutes before I delivered, they discovered my room was covered with ants. So I was moved, that was fine but worth noting. After delivery, my little girls white cell count was off, and they couldnt figure out why until my MIL took charge and asked for specific tests. After delivery, I had to be asked to be left alone because the nurses would not go away and leave me alone. Well, I got my wish. I was left so alone that I didnt get my room cleaned or toilet paper. I had to buzz to ask them for it. ************* second experience*************8 ER visit for major abdominal pain. I had to have my gallbladder removed and was seen from the ER before I even finished signing in, surprisingly this was a very pleasant experience! Maybe it wasnt busy because of the other reviews for this hospital, I know I sure would not have gone if I didnt think I was dying! I would have driven the extra mile to the next ER! **Third experience- received a bill, this hospital, when presented with my blue cross ppo, used an out of network anesthesiologist, I had no choice. Now Ive got another huge bill

I went to the hospital and was put in the "safe" room. I am closterphobic and asked them not to lock the door. they locked the door and would not pay attention to my knocks. I cried from my anxiety and was belittled by the nursing staff. They called me crazy, broke hippa rules and regulations by teling my mother that i failed a drug test, i failed because i take adderall an amphetamine for ADHD. The told my mother it didnt matter why i failed, it only mattered that i failed. i was having an anxiety attack by being in a room i could not get out of. i asked to talk to someone on a human level where i was shoved back into the room and they locked the door. the nurse told my mother to kick me out because i failed a drug test. they failed to ask which medications i was taking and called me a drug addict. They told me that my mother was afraid to live with me. And told me that i like attention. When i told my mother in front of the nurses that they belittled me and made fun of me outside of the door where i could here the nurse cleared up her use of the word crazy by saying i was acting crazy. When i was shoved i was just wearing a gown and my body was fully exposed so many people saw me naked. I kept begging for to talk to someone on a human level because i was crying and anxious and they brought in a security guard who laughed at me more. I have never been shoved, pushed, made fun of, or been belittled at any hospital in the past. All of what occured is against their patients bill of rights. The would not allow me to file a complaint while i was there. I have since filed a complaint with the hospital and the state. Please dont come to this hospital. No one deserves to be disrespected or laughed at. Their staff obviously are inhumane.

I went there with Kidney Stones. Pain was excruciating, no one else was waiting, but still had to wait in the waiting room until I went back to the counter. ER nurse was not very responsive, on one occasion my equipment was alarming and I pressed the nurse call button, 45 minutes later no one responded. When my wife went out to the nurse station, another nurse told her that she would let my nurse know when she gets back. I could see dead roaches in the light fixtures. Extermination is not enough. You really should remove the dead insects. I was admitted and spent a night in the hospital before I saw the urologist. When he got there the next day he apologized for not having had time to stop by yesterday and said that they wouldnt be breaking up the stones because the hospital didnt have a machine for that. They only get it every other Wednesday, so he would have to insert a tube into my kidney and I would have to come back the next week to do the actual procedure. Never mentioned that I would have a string sticking out or that I would be peeing blood for the next week and would have to be in bed at home on narcotic pain medicine for another week. If I had braved the pain and drove to a better hospital, I could have had the stones broken up the same day and been out the same day. I had no problem with the nursing staff in observation, but I cant see a circumstance where I would recommend this hospital, especially the emergency room to anyone when they can easily drive a few miles to a fully equipped hospital.

Drove my mother to the ER because she was in such extreme pain with her neck and back she could not even move. It was not busy but for some reason we waited 2-3 hours for my mother to be given any type of pain medication or speak with a doctor. The front desk ER staff is wonderful, but the doctors there are questionable. They knew my mother was in pain and heard her muffled moans she attempted to quiet down. The experience was unbelievable, you would think we were in a third-world country on the outbacks with only a clinic for a hospital. It was horrible and my mother suffered in pain, when she was given pain medication she was left alone, disoriented and found her way alone to the restroom, almost hitting/falling to the floor several times. I waited in the ER waiting room with my Special Needs brother and had no idea no nurse or aide was there to help my mother find the restroom and make sure she did not fall. This happened Spring/Summer of 2013, and we have been in too much shock and kept an eye on my mother to report anything. I will file a compliant for sure and have the doctor reviewed that only said maybe 2-5 words to my mother. It was horrible. Are we in America? It was not because of our language, attire, vehicle or address because all our above reproach or question...it was just inhuman, lack of respect and bad medical care.

I had a stomach ache last year and went to the emergency. They kept me waiting 8 hours to able charge more money and could not fix my problem. only gave me basic pain relief which can be found on any countertop in pharmacy. After they charge too much ofcourse. I did all payment. After one year later they sent me another letter charge me again for different things. it was the first letter I had and balance due on it. They never sent me any letter ONE YEAR. then I called them to make a payment plan. I requested them to sent me new payment plan. and They never sent it. I called them 3 times they didint sent any letter shows payment plan. Today I receive another mail from collect company. They had transfered everything to colection company. They are cheater. I will never trust them. dont go this hospital. and dont trust them. We set up a payment plan but they said they would not be transfer all papers to collect agency but they lied.
