We have been using this practice for over 15 years ago starting with Dr. Thomson . Having the addition of Dr. Rogers in 2006 when they moved to their new office has been wonderful addition as well. They both have been great for all of our scheduled routine visits. Even more impressive to me is their accessibility, prompt response and follow-up for those unanticipated emergencies that can occur. Both with our first dog in 1999 and then our current terrier in 2012 we have had several situations where immediate medical attention has been needed and the care they received was fantastic. Having a first-class Veterinarian is important but its also the skills, knowledge and working relationship among the other staff members that really contribute to the overall quality in this exceptional practice. Since 1999 Eldorado Animal Hospital in McKinney has been providing this kind of 5-star service to both our dogs and our family.

Best vet clinic around, hands down. Had to switch from a nightmare clinic, and was super nervous to get a new vet. Instantly we felt taken care of and in good hands. Dr. Thompson is so caring, and his staff are of the highest quality when it comes to support. I just had to put down my 14 year old boxer, and they made things so simple and gave me their full support the whole way. They even went so far to send me a card signed by everyone in the office, telling me how much they care and how sorry they were for my loss. That to me was unreal. I havent seen Dr. Rogers In action but I cant imagine shed be any less brilliant than everyone else in this place. I wish there was a 6th star to add in this review. Dr. Thompson and company, thank you for your amazing service to our animal family members. I am forever grateful.

Great place to take your pet!! Great care and prices from Dr. Kevin Thomson and Dr. Angie Rogers! I called the hospital on a Saturday about noon and Dr. Thomson was working, and they were about to close. My dog had 8 tumors removed at another clinic out of town on Tuesday. Five days later she was still very lethargic and could hardly move. Dr. Thomson first personally talked to me on the phone, since I was so concerned. I really wanted him to see her, so Dr. Thomson told me he would stay open after hours and wait for me. Wow!! He waited for me, I am so thankful I believe he saved her life!! My "baby Lacey" is now walking around and feeling a great deal better! (Our dogs are a part of our family. I trust this hospital and would not have written this review if it wasnt truly heartfelt.) Thank you EAH!!

Dr. Thompson is amazing! Hes a great family friend also! And my dog chopper adores him and Dr. Thompson is the only one chopper allows to take care of him! And he gives all his attention to us and answer every question I may have about Chopper no matter how small it may be! Hes the best vet in town!

The doctors there are really great with the my pets and make them feel comfortable. You can tell that they really care about the animals. Its a friendly environment and all staff are friendly. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good vet.
