Dr. Erica Erickson, DVM tried to steal my puppy. My pup went in for Demodex (a very simple and common issue). Because we are not Vets, we let her convince us it was the end of the road for him unless we paid for years of treatment which would cost thousands. She purposely gave us completely wrong medications so this skin condition got worse. She offered to take him home and try her "hardest" to treat him. So we gave him up instead of obviously putting him down. She loved my dog and talked about her daughter wanting one. I quickly found out he needed one $35 pill, Bravecto. Her response was, "that was my next step." I said, "obviously, but at your house." I got him back and he is in perfect condition after a week of Bravecto. Sad Dr. Erickson tried doing this to a current Active Duty Service Member that was home for the holidays from San Antonio.

My wife and I have been taking our pets here for about two years now and wish we had found this place sooner. The staff are friendly, courteous, and helpful and the vets are likewise kind, considerate, understanding, and professional. Recently, when one of our oldest and most beloved cats began to rapidly decline in health as a result of renal failure, we brought her in to be euthanized. Dr. Miller and other staff members were very kind and sympathetic and not only reassured us that we had made the right decision but also did all they could to help make a sad experience as bearable as possible.

Scott and Erica Ericsson, and Dr. Christine Miller are the nicest people and knowledgable on the latest technology and treatments for your furry family members. The desk staff and technicians are the nicest people, always eager to help, and extremely caring. We love this place and highly recommend it. You wont find a better place for excellent health care and tender loving care!!

I live in Irving, and depending on traffic it can take me 30-45 minutes to drive here. But its so worth the effort and time! The staff and vets are so kind and compassionate, professional and efficient. Theyre great with even my most ornery pup, and theyve always been amazing with the work theyve done with the local rescue groups they partner with. Highly recommended for pet parents!

I live in Dallas, near White Rock Lake and take my dogs here... that should say something in and of itself. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. Also, Dr. Miller has been great. She helped me with my aging cat in the last weeks/months of his life and has been great with my two boxers.
