Dr. Tirandaz was my primary care physician for the 15 years that I lived in Plano and I can honestly and sincerely say that not only is he the best doctor I have ever had, but he is also a doctor of exceptional medical and human skills. On the medical side, he was very knowledgeable of all health problems or concerns that I had over the years. During my physical exams, he not only listened to and answered any questions I had, but he also noticed things that I did not mention about my own health. He never hesitated to refer me to a specialist if needed and he was able to make excellent recommendations. I was always happy with all of the specialists he recommended. On the human side, Dr. Tirandaz is a kind, compassionate, and patient human being. During my visits, I never got the impression that he was hurried or wanted to get through the exam quickly. He took the time to answer any and all of my questions. His medical and office staff are very friendly, competent, and efficient. I never had any trouble scheduling appointments. I always received reminders about appointments. It is also very easy to communicate with Dr. Tirandaz through the patient portal Whenever I sent him a message through the portal, he would personally respond within a day. If you are looking for a primary care physician in the Plano area, I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Arash Tirandaz.

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Tirandaz since 2005. We thought we had a great doc in Ohio but Dr. Tirandaz meets and exceeds all and any of our expectations. He is one of the most caring, compassionate and conscientious physicians they we have ever had the priviledge of using. He is also entirely accessible through his patient portal....24/7. Whenever we have a question we access him through the patient portal and he is prompt to respond not just within the day but within the hour! We could not ask for a better physician. And trust me....we have had many.. He found my husbands heart murmur and was on top of things immediately. Every referral he has given us has been and excellent resource/physicians. His office staff are extremely courteous and the wait in his office is very short....Dr. Tirandaz is a credit to the medical profession.

I initially heard about Dr. Tirandaz after reading an article in the Dallas Morning News about how he helped a man reverse his heart disease on a plant-based diet. At the time, I had already gotten off meds for Type 2 diabetes and lost weight, but I wanted to find a doctor who fully supported my lifestyle. Dr. T. has been honest, supportive, and is incredibly knowledgeable about eating whole foods plant-based for the prevention and reversal of dietary illnesses. He isnt worried about losing patients because they are healthier, but rather he is devoted to helping people BECOME healthier through lifestyle changes. Every other doctor I went to wanted to give me a pill for every ailment. Dr. T. is the best doctor I have ever known. He has awesome work hours and reasonable wait time. Also his staff is friendly. Also, I LOVE his patient portal! Its awesome!!!

He goes out of his way to assist me, including personally taking me to an ER facility on a weekend when I suffered from kidney stone. He is always available for consultation. Dr. Tirandaz is an amazing doctor. He works very quickly but never rushed. Hes friendly and is clearly knows what hes doing. The only reason Im not giving a 5 star rating is because of his front desk. The "ladies" that work there are short, rude, and always is such a hurry to get off the phone. If Dr. Tirandaz wasnt such a great doctor I would have switched doctors a long time ago because of his front desk staff.
