This medical providers office is targeted to make money than providing quality medical service. My wife had a well visit in August 2016 with Dr Rachel Dunagin. During well visit regular blood work was performed. We were not even informed that blood test is being performed by outside clinic, Quest Diagnostics. Now, I am getting out of pocket expense for the blood work because Quest is not in my network. The doctors office should have discussed with me before sending the blood test to Quest. Looks like the office has some business tie up to get mutual benefits when they send test work to Quest. However, why should patient party suffer for doctors business?

I have been a patient of Dr. Dunagin for over a year. She is very compassionate and truly cares about her patients. Ive never felt rushed and she really listens. She explains issues in a way you can understand. I love that there is an app where I can ask questions, and she is very responsive. If you are looking for a caring, compassionate and a Dr that listens. Dr. Dunagin would be a perfect match. I feel very lucky to have her as my doctor.

Dr. Dunagin is the first primary care physician I have had in years. I reached a point in my life where I wanted a doctor who would really know and understand me. its Only been a few meetings with Dr Dunagin and I must say that we found the doctor we have been looking for. Dr D is very patient and you don’t feel rushed during consultation.
