Dr. Bui and his staff at Lighthouse Eye Care are fantastic! The office is beautiful and the equipment is state of the art. Its been ten years since I have had an eye exam. After this visit, I should go once a year! lol. I also didnt have to wear those funky disposable sunglasses after my visit. Ten years ago, my previous optometrist gave me some expensive hybrid contacts bc of my really really bad astigmatism, but I hated wearing them bc they were so uncomfortable and went back to glasses. Dr. Bui gave me some soft contact lenses today and they are freaking comfortable!! They wont try to upsell you on some fancy expensive contacts. Theyll give you whats best for you. I cant wait to finally be able to wear contacts!! I highly recommend Lighthouse Eye Care to anyone.

I had my first visit with Dr Diana Lee last week. Ive had bad experiences with eye doctors previously and was a little nervous going into my appointment. Lighthouse eye care was the first doctor to pop up on my covered providers with my new insurances and the ratings were wonderful so I gave it a shot and Im so happy I decided to come here! The office was very clean, and the staff was very prompt and polite. Diana was wonderful, she was very thorough throughout her time with me during my appointment. Im happy to say that I have found my permanent eye doctor! I told my family about my visit here and theyre already trying to schedule a visit here! I will definitely be coming back here for future visits! Thanks Lighthouse Eye Care for the wonderful service!

I happened to be in the building visiting another doctors office when I just walked into their office while exploring the eye-frame collection. I havent had great experience with the optometrists I had worked with in the past so wanted some one better. I think with Dr Bui I might have found one. The office was clean and wait time was reasonable. I felt the examination was quite thorough. It seems to me that hey have some fancy equipment which I havent seen with my original optometrist. Their front desk people are very friendly and really worked with me while trying to figure out suitable times for me and my family. I am quite sure I will be returning to them next year. Though I wish I can find better designer eye wear collection as well!

I am a new patient at Lighthouse Eye Care. Dr. Bui is my optometrist there. I was dissatisfied at my previous optometrist and was looking for a new one in Plano. They were able to see me the same day that I called. The staff is very courteous and I didnt have to wait very long. The office is very nice and all the equipment is brand new. Dr. Bui was very thorough. He suggested a new type of contact lens and they were very comfy! They have glasses too and I picked out a pair to have as backup and the prices were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Lighthouse Eye Care to my friends and family.

I was examined by Dr. Diana Lee and was very impressed with her professionalism and well and her friendliness. She took the time to fully explain the examination and listen to all my questions. I usually get nervous when I see a new doctor but I was completely at ease. She has wonderful bedside manners. She suggested I try a new type of contact lens for my astigmatism and so far I love them. The practice is well-designed with the top of the line equipment. The location is very convenient to get to. I would highly recommend this practice to all my friends and family.

One start is also more for this service. I will recommend Lighthouse to anyone. I have moved to from another Doctor in expectation of better service from the staff. But I am very very very disappointed. I gave my order at two months ago and my glasses did not arrived yet, even after following. They are still working. They do not understand how important glasses are for a person who is working. They have no respect for patients. Avoid visiting this place otherwise you have to go through terrible pain of dealing with this staff.

I am new to the area and needed an eye exam. Lighthouse Eye Care was listed on my insurance company as a preferred provider. I called and was seen the next day. When I arrived the staff was courteous and professional. Dr. Lee was very thorough and made suggestions for eye wear that my previous physician had not. I will definitely make Lighthouse the eye care professional for my family and me while in the DFW area.

Took my mother to Lighthouse today. They are very courteous and patient with my mother, who is 89 years young. The doctor did a very detailed eye exam and enlightened me more on macula degeneration and computer/tablet I did not know. The receptionist was very nice and the optician was very good in helping my mother find just the right frames to give her the right contemporary look. Thank you, Lighthouse!

Dr. Bui is a very nice doctor. He takes great care of his patients and takes his time to go over the eye examination. Ive learned how to take better care of my eyes. The staff are very helpful in terms of scheduling appointments and welcoming me in. I would absolutely recommend him to my friends and family!

Did my yearly check up 9am today. First the assistant ran a set of tests right after I got there. I opted for the digital eye exam vs dilation so itd not affect my work. It took about 15 mins. Then Dr Lee did more exams and checked my eye sights. The whole process took about 30 mins. Everyone was friendly.

Dr. Bui is awesome. He explained everything in detail related to my vision issues, and also gave me a free pre-consultation for lasik eye. His staff is very friendly. I did not have to wait at all for my appointment. I was in and out without any hassle.

Took my teenage son here today after my adult daughter loved it here. The staff is so friendly and informative. Great selection of glasses, my son left very happy. Now that we live in Plano this will for sure be our new home for vision care.
