I had my fist visit at Eldorado Vision and Optical today. It is a nice, clean facility with a decent selection of frames. Alexis called me prior to my visit in order to verify my insurance to reduce my waiting time. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Alexis, David, and Patti. Patti took me back to start the tests that you have to do before your visit with the doctor. The eye puffer, peripheral vision, and the digital photos of the inside of your eyes (if you so choose). She cleaned off each machine right in front of me to rid it of any germs, explained what each test was and made me feel right at home. She is very easy to talk to and seems like the kind of person you could sit and chat with for hours. Dr. Turner is a very nice, laid back doctor. She answered all of my questions and explained what I was seeing when we looked at the images of the inside of my eyes. She didnt make me feel rushed like some doctors. When it came time to choose my new glasses, David was there to help me out and guided me through the frames according to what I told him I thought I wanted. I think I might have worn him out by the end of the visit, but he was very patient and kind. I ended up purchasing a beautiful pair of tortoise shell Dolce and Gabbana frames with the newest technology on the lenses to meet my needs. I cannot wait for my new glasses to come in. It feels nice to support a local business. Especially one that has such nice people.

The staff is all very nice! It took me over an hour to learn how to put contacts in and take them out but Jaclynn was extremely patient and helpful (even when I started getting frustrated with myself not being able to get it, she continued to encourage me and help me out). Dr. Turner is amazing, caring, and very knowledgeable. The office manager Nancy is really nice and helpful with accommodating schedules and helping out with anything you need. I would definitely recommend coming here!

Dr. Turner and all of the staff were incredibly helpful and professionally pleasant. Alexis was great in researching my Vision insurance and letting me know exactly what I would be charged without any hidden costs. Dr. Turner was easy to talk to and had a very pleasant bedside manner. David, the Optician was friendly as well and helped me after hours obtain a replacement contact. I would highly recommend Eldorado Vision & Optical.

The Dr. Seems nice and does a decent job but the folks in the glasses fitting area have terrible customer service. They messed up my wifes glasses twice, said the would fix them for free, then billed my insurance behind my back. The finally fix it but I will never be back in there and I cant recommend them.

Dr. Turner and her staff are always so friendly and welcoming. I have transferred my entire family to her office for our eye care and we all love going here. They are a great group of professionals and their office is convenient! Love the selection of frames and their customer service skills! Thank you!

Highly recommend Eldorado Vision and Optical. My wife got her glasses here about a year ago and they did an excellent job. I stopped in today with a broken frame and they had it repaired within five minutes even though they were helping some other customers as well.
