My son had been going there since he was first born. At his 2 month checkup he needed to get 3 shots. They stated that they currently did not have stock of 2 of the shots (PCV 13 and HIP) and would call me when that shipment came in. That happened on Sept 8, today is Oct 8 and still have not received a call for those shots. He is now 4 months and due for his 4 month shots plus those 2 additional shot he never receive back on Sept 8 for his 2 month checkup. I went into the office today and they informed me that they do not accept medicaid since 2012 and they just informed me. Even though Dr. Brandon has seen him since he was born, she refused to continue seeing him. I could have been informed that they would not accept his medicaid since July 2015 when I first visited the office and visited again in Sept 2015. I wasnt informed until my 3rd visit and now i am left trying to find another pediatrician. Not to mention my son is now 4 months missing those shots he should have gotten at 2 months.

My daughter had a 104 fever, vomiting, and complaining of headaches. We drove across town for her appt there. When I advised receptionist that her insurance had changed, she stated that they do accept that insurance but they had to confirm w/ Dr. Brandon if she was willing to see her w/ that insurance. Dr. Brandon refused to see her dispite the fact that she was very ill. She has a secondary insurance and I asked if they could just use that insurance instead. Receptionist refused to even ask the Dr. about that. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE TO ANYONE. DR BRANDON OBIVOUSLY DOESNT CARE ABOUT THE WELL BEING OF ILL PATIENTS BUT ONLY ABOUT WHAT INSURANCE THEY "WANT" TO ACCEPT. BEWARE MOTHERS!!!

Dr. Brandon is great with infants and has a way with answering all of your questions and putting you at ease when your kiddo may not be feeling great. Only downside is that they are so busy its impossible to bring a sick kid in same day but they are all great up at this office.
