I brought my daughter here because I was concerned she may have an ear infection, she is definitely teething, she had started chewing on the pacifier, sticking her hands in her mouth and is drooling a lot! Last night she had a slight fever and was yanking at her ear. My pediatrician was closed so I went to this urgent care to ease my mind but instead the pediatrician " ona" (not sure how her name is spelled) Just talked over me every time I had a question or concern.My daughter has a unisex name and even after telling her she was a girl more than once she still kept referring her as a HE! Then peeked inside her diaper which I felt was unusual. I told her I felt a tooth on the bottom of her mouth and looked like she was in pain. She then said " How would you know if she feels pain, did she tell you that? Shes 4 months old so obviously this dr was being sarcastic. She told me A baby doesnt get teeth until after 7 months. Thats false. I asked her can you just look because I felt it, she said no she didnt want to open up her mouth because she didnt have gloves and the sanitizer would be bitter in her mouth. I was talked down to and I didnt get any questions answered.At the end She told me in her own words " Im telling you its impossible to be teething at this age and she wont have an ear infection unless she is in daycare so you dont have to believe me and can take her somewhere else and walk out of here and say Im a horrible doctor if you want". So thats what Im doing. I thought this office would be convenient but I will be taking my daughter back to her regular pediatrician at caring for kids tomorrow.

My daughter has always been seen here since she was a baby, now a toddler she is still going because we love the friendly loving staff (Tai you are awesome). but yesterday 09/13/2016 my daughter was taken to get seen for high fevers. her doctor assigned was Dr. Josie Borchardt and she was very sweet up until she asked "are all her vaccinations up to date?" I said "shes vaccine exempt" and her mood just changed. she began to tell me all the dangers about not getting her vaccinated (which im aware of but this is my decision and I feel its best, and I feel she should have respected that). she asked for my daughters pediatricians name and left the room. she came back to the room and gave me some informational sheets and before she left she said" well mom, make sure her seatbelt is on, at least you can protect her that way" really???? how can you, a DR. say that to a mother?? and all this happened while she had a nurse shadowing her. Ive always had really positive experiences coming to this location but for her to say that is uncalled for. I mean I get it, shes doing her job and trying to inform about the dangers but that comment is so unnecessary. so for that, Dr. Josie Borchardt I hated my experience!!!!

First visit to the 151 location. My child and I were welcomed by office staff, took in the online registration form but still had an additional form to fill for visit reason which was quick. Waited for a little over 30 mins but there were four other families in the waiting area before me. The intake nurse was nice to us and did try her best to make my little one smile, we didnt wait very long in the room before meeting with the doctor. The actual visit to this location took a little over an hour from entering the door to leaving. Thank you for a pleasant experience!

Absolutely wonderful! Weve found our new Pediatric Urgent Care we will be using in the future and recommending to friends. There was no wait upon arrival. The front staff were a joy to work with. The nurse was kind and very knowledgeable. We saw the Pediatric Nurse Practitioner for care, and she spent time looking at my son and listening to my concerns. She answered all of my questions and did not make me feel rushed!! So far, very, very impressed!

Looks like I found my childrens pediatrics walk in clinic. Not only was the staff very fast but we were in and out in literally less than an hour. I really recommend this place and not to mention the doctor knew right away what was wrong with my son after seeing him and she was very friendly and nice to my son and I.

Been there with my 8 month old a couple times. Was seen within 15 minutes each time and received very knowledgeable care. I definitely left more informed. I do not believe I spent more than an hour each visit and the baby was on his way to getting better after receiving the prescription.

My son had 3rd degree burns and we were the only ppl in the waiting room but the receptionists were too busy gossiping about someones sister to put my information in. Took over 30 minutes for them to even run my insurance. Wont be back!

Highly recommend this urgent care. I personally prefer them to my daughters primary care provider since they have a very friendly and loving staff. They explain things so well. And they answer questions I didnt even know I had.

Went in unexpectedl. My grand daughter fell ill. We didnt have her insurance card on hand. But has been seen on the sw military location. The front office staff looked her up and we were seen within 10 minutes.

Staff was wonderful. The nurse that checked my daughter for strep throat was very gentle and didnt make her gag. I was very impressed. There was no wait and I was out of there within 30 min.

Check in l staff was friendly. Although nurse practioner was very rude and snappy toward my son and then proceeded to talk about my sons tests in the hallway where everyone could hear her.
