Dr. Ferrer schedules so many patients in one day that she is unable to correctly send off prescriptions, while your child suffers from whatever ailment they were seen for. So be prepared to have to call back and make sure they faxed scripts out after your visit. Basically, you need to remind Dr. Ferrer how to do her job properly. There was always a problem every time I took my child to the 151 Westover Hills Caring 4 Kids Peds office. **BE PREPARED TO WAIT FOR HOURS TO SEE DR. FERRER.** On the other hand, if you go see Dr. Franck or Dr. Duvac you will be seen in a timely manner. I refuse to go back to this clinic.

The doctors here are good. However, there seems to be a problem with their calling center/ answering service, its a nightmare to call and schedule an appointment here. I usually have to wait 10- 15 on the line, and then when they finally answer, they transfer you, you have to wait again, and several times the call has dropped while being connected to an operator. All this... to be told they are fully booked. This has happened to me many times, and I call first thing in the morning when my child is sick. Very frustrating.

Ive been with Dr. Castro since 2003 and followed him when he opened his own office. Hes kind and takes his time with no rush. The office staff is great and very organized. I hear about other Dr offices where the Dr is great but not staff is not or vice versa. Here its always been awesome with both. Im happy to see his business has grown very successfully with a great team. If hes booked we are allowed to use any other Dr in his office and I always prefer Dr. Franck. Shes as great as he is.

I really wanted to start taking my 5 year old here because its super close to where we live & looked like a really nice office. But I called and they said they arent accepting new patients older than 12mos... who does that? That is ridiculous!! I am appalled! How do they expect to get more patients at all? Seriously ridiculous!

They deny service to parents who chose not to vaccinate. I would give a no star . I called for an office manager for answers and straight to voice mail after bout 3-4 minutes on hold. Havent received a call back either. I will be definitely be reporting this..... its discrimination!

I take my two sons to this clinic. I have not had any issues so far. I have called with questions and am given a call back the same day. Dr. Laurel Franck is super nice and sweet. I never feel rushed at this clinic.

Dr. Franck is the only doctor I recommend from Caring for Kids. After switching to her we have had a 100% better experience. She is super nice and really cares about any issue or concerns parents have.

The wait is horrible. Dr. Castro is great. Staff seems to take long. If appt is at 3pm expect to get seen at 4:30.
