My son was going regularly we initially had no issues. However, my son needed 2 crowns and was scheduled to have them done well we show up at 8:40am as Im walking in the door the front desk girl told me that Dr. Ochoa flight was cancelled so they were cancelling all there appointments. That being said I kept my comments to myself & left. Well I called back to reschedule & they set me up as if my son only needed another cleaning when we had just gone 3 weeks ago & we went in thinking he was going to get his crown work done. Well then they said they were going to squeeze us in for him to get to his crowns well they did the work & then I called back Tuesday because my son was in pain and their phones werent working well I called all day and wasnt able to get through so I finally got a hold of them Wednesday & they say someone will call me back & they call me after hours & the girl starts telling me that they are short staffed then I said how is that my fault?! She then says I didnt have a whole lunch I only had a 15min lunch again how are these thing my fault or my problem? I am just completely upset and frustrated with the entire team. I will not be going back! & I definitely do NOT recommend anyone to take their children there!!!

Worse experience ever....my daughter was seen by her decided on a treatment plan to perform at hospital....She had 2 dental insurances...which the facility as per the ladies in ins dept indicated they were refusing to bill both of them.....BECAUSE OF PAST EXPERIENCE, that they would not get paid. So they were asking me for 700.00 upfront and agreed to work out something with them....DENIED to do a payment plan...I reported them to TEXAS DEPT OF INS and later the dept agreed that the doctor should bill both insurances....BY the time I call back and follow up with appt......The lady in insurance dept told me "THE DOCTOR DECIDED NOT TO CONT THE TREATMENT BECAUSE YOU CALL THE TX DEPT INS" and reported we didnt we didnt want to bill your 2NARY ins co....AWFUL EXPERIENCE. To me this a complete denial of service which she as a doctor IS NOT COMPLYING WITH HER PRIMARY BELIEFS AS A DOCTOR...to take care of the patient first. It was not like the insurances (2) were not going to pay her!!!

I had a very bad experience when I took my 6 y/o daughter to see Dr. Ochoa. I decided to never go back there and have since found an excellent dentist at Practical Approach to Pediatrics. I am a physician myself and I noticed Dr. Ochoa to have NO BEDSIDE MANNERS WHATSOEVER. She was grumpy and my daughter felt uncomfortable. She did not introduce herself to me. Just came and sat down next to my daughter in a very uncaring manner and told her to open her mouth. I never thought a dentist working with little kids could be so grumpy & uncaring. What is really horrible is that she misdiagnosed my daughter as having many cavities and that did not make sense to me so I took her for a 2nd opinion and the results were completely different. I think Dentistry for Little Folks is out for your money and purposefully they claim children to have many disorders in order to make money for themselves. Public be aware! Do NOT go to Dr. Ochoa.

I have 3 children ages 1, 4, and 6 and we have had a wonderful experience with going to the dentist since switching to this office. Im surprised to see some of the reviews by unsatisfied parents because our experience has been so wonderful. Our 6 year old daughter was terrified at first because of multiple bad experiences with other providers and the staff and dentist were very patient and kind to her. We are very happy to be patients at dentistry for little folks.

My son loves going to the dentist. The office is very cute and everyone is very friendly. The fish and turtles make the office a fun place. The TVs are a great addition. Nothing like watching a little TV while your having your teeth cleaned. Dr. Ochoa was great and took time to talk to me. She has a wonderful personality and really knows how to talk to kids. Everyone we spoke to was very friendly and seemed to enjoy their job. Im glad I found this office.

Dr. Ochoa has been taking care of my son for 13yrs. Since the first day, my son and I enjoyed Dr. Ochoas calm, sweet character. I followed her from another location. She opened her own practice, she explains everything well, I am very comfortable knowing my son is treated well. Her staff does change periodically, so I have no comments on her staff. To this day my son has had zero cavities.

I have been going here for over a year with my 4 children. One of my kids has had a few procedures. Every time they are running behind and tell me usually when Ive complained. Today we have been here for over 2 hours waiting and we made an appointment. They definitely dont respect your time even though youve made an appointment. I will be taking my kids business else where!!! #frustrated

My son has seen Dr. Ochoa since he was a toddler. He is about to turn 9 pretty soon. Granted he has not had any dental issues he loves the setting of the new office and does not complain when he is being examined by the Dr. In addition, my son is quite fearful of anything done to him by medical personnel, but he had a blast on the saddle X ray. We truly love it here.

I have taken both of my girls here for a long time and Dr. Ochoa has always been very patient, gentle, and sweet. My youngest LO started not wanting to open her mouth at all and with Dr. Ochoa being so patient and making each visit a positive experience she loves coming to the dentist. I only wish I could come here! :) Thank you Dr. Ochoa and staff for all you do!

Dr. Ochoa came in and didnt even look at my daughters teeth and declared everything was fine when in fact it wasnt. My daughter had two cavities that needed to be fixed and filled. The dental assistance had to tell her to take a look at my daughters teeth and which teeth were affected. Never again am I taking her to see Dr. Ochoa!

we have been going to them 2 years now. They treat our 4 children like family. we never have to wait very long and they always know who we are. It could be that all 4 kids go at the same time :) None of my kids are afraid of the dentist because of their kindness.

They rush!!!! 3 min and 36 seconds. They barely brushed, no flossing but they did apply Floride. 6 years ago they were very detailed but last 3 check ups are rushed no interaction with parent. Im done not worth my child missing 45 min of school for THAT.

I have 3 little ones that have seen both dentists, and all 3 have not had issues with the staff or services rendered. Friendly, professional, attentive, and knowledgeable describe this facility. Very happy campers here!
