Great experience! I am new to the Garland area, and I was not sure where to go when I got sick. I found MedPrem and decided to give them a try. The waiting room was a nice size and catered to families. The staff was professional and friendly. Ms. Owusu attended to me and did her best to make me comfortable and never rushed me through the procedures. When I got to the facility, Ms. Owusu was on the phone a patient. She asked me to fill out the paperwork but continued with her phone call. She was so patient with the caller, answering all of his/her questions. So many times I have been in doctors offices where the staff members do not make a patient feel important. This was not how Ms. Owusu was. I would not hesitate to call her if I wanted to follow-up on my appointment. I will always give MedPrem my business!

My 10 month old developed a cough over the weekend, and it progressed quickly. She started running a fever Sunday afternoon. I knew I needed to get her in before Monday because of how badly her cough sounded in such a short amount of time. I called Sunday evening at 5:20, asking if there was a wait and if I could bring her in, since they close at 6. They said to bring her in, and they would wait for us. We got there around 5:40 and were out by 6:15. They were awesome. Very friendly and answered all of my questions. They also called the next day, to follow up on my daughter. This was by far, the best urgent care or after hours care, that I have ever received!

Dr. Julian is one of a kind. I had stopped visiting doctor offices for several years in fear of doctors and needles. I became very sick some months ago and decided I needed to see someone urgently. This place had decent reviews so I bit the bullet and went. Let me tell you, I will follow Dr. Julian wherever she goes! She is so kind and listens to all problems to correctly identify whats wrong/what will be the best course of action for YOU. Ive never met a doctor like her. People of all ages will be thoroughly impressed by her professionalism and kindness. Highly recommend!!

I have a nonverbal special needs child, and I always worry when I have to take her to a doctor. My visits to this doctor always end well and make me feel so involved with my daughters care. We get in fast, she knows my child and loves her. The thing that makes me feel the best though, is that the doctor understands my kid because she is a parent of a special needs child as well. That shows in not only the way she treats my child, but also the way she treats me. Always calls to check on her personally after a visit, and makes us feel welcome. Great staff!!!

I was treated at MedPrem and I was very pleased with the quality patient care, amazing staff and the great bedside manner of the medical provider. The facility was top notch compared to a few that I have been to over the years. There was prompt check-in and within a few minutes I was seen by the provider and taking care of. I will like to thank the staff at Medprem for taking great care of me. Please keep up with the amazing work and the quality patient care.

Personalized, immediate and expert care I have used MedPrem Urgent Care twice for different conditions and was more than pleased with Medical Practitioner/Dr. Juliana and her staff. They were professional, attentive, caring and did not keep me waiting. They even called my house the next day to check on my progress. I enjoyed going to MedPrem much better than my PC doctor and clinic where communication and appropriate treatment is sometimes lacking.

They were very nice and considerate. The nurse in the front (Courtney) was very helpful and nice distracting my son while the Doctor (Juliana) and I tended to my sick daughter. They saw my daughter even though they ran the risk of not getting paid since they were not sure if my type of insurance qualified for their office. They are definitely the Urgent care I will be going to next time, and that I trust.

I love this place!! Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice clean office:) Dr. Owusu was amazing!!! She even noticed a curling iron burn on my neck, cleaned it, put ointment and gave me a prescription for that also! Very kind Lady with AWESOME bedside manner♡ Im so glad I noticed their Sign! This was my first visit and i was a walk-in...but i felt like a long time patient. Very comfortable atmosphere:)

Absolutely Love Love this place. The staff is very friendly and the Doctor is awesome. Very knowledgeable and professional. They always remember me and are eager to great me. No appointment necessary and they are quick to get you in and out. Highly recommend over any other urgent care facility. Actually prefer them over my primary care physician. Great hours open 7 days a week.

Definitely dont mind going to the doctor when I go to this clinic. The staff is super friendly and answer any questions I may have, the doctor is very knowledgeable and friendly. I ask a lot of questions and she managed to answer them all to the best of her ability, I especially love the fact that its a short visit. I never end up waiting more than 10mins to be seen by her.

Med Prem is amazing! Im a long term patient (as is my entire family). Everyone here is not only incredibly nice, but they are helpful too. There is rarely a wait, so service is a quick in and out. The best part is, you can tell the staff really cares about their patients and that they want the best for them. They somehow make going to the doctor simple and enjoyable.

I was so sick today and they got me right in on a Sunday. The doctor was so nice, she called in my scripts right away and I already feel better after feeling miserable all week! The girl working the front desk was also really sweet. When youre feeling as bad as I was, its nice to be taken care of like that. Highly recommend this urgent care!

The staff here is absolutely wonderful. They have a great sense of humor to make you laugh. They really care about their patients. Absolutely sweet, kind, and caring. Their was no wait. Love the fact they take all insurances and walk-ins. Love this place. Its open 7 days a weeks. Cant ask for a better service. Thank you Medprem Urgent Care.

They were fabulous when I went in for a checkup. The previous meds I had been prescribed by another dr office did not work. I went in and was seen right away. They were so friendly from start to finish and even offer d me a water. I had such a great experience here! It was so great I even took my 2 year old daughter when she had a fever.

The Angel You Know

First of all the smell when you walk in, told me this place is clean and new, but the service you get is family like, Alvin has the best approach to customers going thru though times, Juliana is great at making you feel at ease, these are people you can trust, here for the first time and they had me at hello. :)
