If you have an option other that this place, please go there. My father received some of the most disrespectful and poor care here I have ever seen or heard of. Understaffed. The majority of people working the night shift left me with the feeling of they dont care. The smell of urine and feces permeate floor. Please. If you love you family member- dont send them here.

This has to be the one of the most horrible place to see your friends or family that need long term care at. Staff seems to be content at doing the bare minimum of their job and constantly seem to not give a damn at all. It breaks my heart to see my relative experience going through what they are put through at this place.

Terrible place. Had a nurse tell us they hate our mother when she isnt drugged. Wont allow us to transfer her, wont put a patient sitter in the room, have allowed her to be so unsupervised in the last 24 hours shes fallen 3 times.

Please DO NOT take your loved one to Vibra Fargo! They do not take care of him. We had to keep on them every day to care for him. STAY AWAY!!!!!
