WYLIE, TX BANFIELD PET HOSPITAL located at 3340 West FM 544 Suite 800, Wylie, TX 75098 -- Provides Quality Pet Care Services that are "OVER-THE-TOP"! Unlike last weeks experience at Plano E, TX Banfield, ALL clinic personnel were helpful and took full interest in the purpose of my appointment. During this follow-up call, Associate Milli, talked to Champ as though they were just "old friends" with a smile and a caring attitude. Vet Assistant, Kristen, handled Champ with care and a comforting manner so he would not be nervous or worried. After the follow-up ear exam, Dr Naaktgeboren, DVM, sat beside me and explained her recommended on-going treatment for Champ. During this conversation, Dr Naaktgeboren listened to my concerns relating to long-term use of the medication prescribed during last weeks exam. She accommodated me as an educated professional. Overall, the services I received during todays Banfield Hospital appointment were "Over-the-Top"! As a retired senior, I have had considerable contact with veterinarians to use as a guide to measure the QUALITY-OF-CARE provided at the Wylie, TX Banfield Pet Hospital!

STAY AWAY from this rip off of place that call themselves a pet hospital. We took our dog here, they put a cast on his leg ($450) (even though they said the x-rays showed not to be broken). After 3 weeks we took off the cast and the cast had rubbed a hole straight thru our dogs leg was so disgusting. Took him back up there ($90), which IT WAS THEIR FAULT FOR PUTTING THE CAST ON WRONG, should have been WAIVED DUE to THEIR MISTAKE and they gave him antibiotics ($50). SO going on the THIRD MONTH and our dog is STILL limping and will not walk on his paw, how ridiculous. One working inside PetSmart said to us, you shouldve took your dog to a better vet and not here. If you want to waste your money on a place that wont help your pet in the long run then go for it.

Worst Hospital chain. and very poor service. in short this Pet hospital chain is behind the money.. they never ever think about the Pet Health. Strongly recommends please please see other option else your Pet life is in danger .. - You never ever get appointment - Vet is not doing proper checking - not adequate staff - also exorbitant cost of the medicine which is so cheaper in any other Hospital.

BEWARE FRAUDLENT COMPANY. Horrible customer service. My wife sign up for a health plan for our cat for one year and explicitly asked to do not renew it after 1 year. Its almost 3 years and they keep charging us every month. We tried to cancel the subscription but no one picks up the phone. Tried to dispute transactions with the bank but they are still keep charging. Scammers. Stay away.

I highly recommend you STAY AWAY from this pet hospital if you want to keep your fur babies healthy and alive. We had a bad experience with them to the point my 2 year old kitty died from lack of care! They did the bare minimum to help my sweet baby and even admitted they could have done more! If it would have let me, I would have given NO STARS!

The Pet Hospital is actually in the Petsmart next to Target. Im a new dog owner and I took my dog in for shots here. The nurse and the vet were very helpful and took their time to answer all my questions. The next morning I received a call to see how my pet was doing.

Words cannot even describe the amount of compassion and love of dogs the vet and techs have. They were there for me and my dog 100% . So much love and happy tears here! Highly recommend!!!!
