When I first made the appointment, the receptionist spelled my name incorrectly after asking for the spelling multiple times which is somewhat annoying but not worthy of a poor rating. When I made the appointment, I was told I would get a reminder call the day before. I didnt get a call so on the day of my appointment I called the office to verify my appointment. I showed up to the appointment and the doctor had called in sick but I wasnt notified. The receptionist messed up on my phone number and erased my number from the caller ID so she didnt have a way to contact me. When I finally had the appointment, it seemed like the doctor had a checklist and almost didnt even look into my eyes during my eye exam. I have always felt awkward during my visits. Maybe its me but based on my experiences, I wouldnt feel comfortable recommending them to anyone.

I have purchased two pair of Maui Jims along with day & night contact lenses from Precision Eye Care over the past few years. The first pair of sunglasses came in a case that did not do well in my hot car and the outer cover of the case came unglued and the lenses also cracked while in the case. Precision Eye Care helped me pursue the warranty replacing the sun glasses and the case. I have since purchased a separate set of the Maui Jim Kanahas both sets of which I am very pleased with. They deserve five stars from me!

I just had my eyes checked at Precision Eye Care, the staff was helpful and friendly, it was easy to get an appointment and they are even open on Saturday! Dr. Anderson was professional and I found the perfect pair of glasses for a great price! Thank You :)

The doctor was very accomodating on everything I was there for; new glasses, contacts, sunglasses. I couldnt pay for the sunglasses right then but he still offered 90 days to have the 50% off on the second pair of glasses.
