Horrible service and money greedy, I took my dog in for a broken dewclaw and the male doctor instead of addressing the problem at had started to try and sale me supplements for my dog, then told me I would have to bring my dog back tomorrow because they didnt have time to get her in today, I was so unhappy with the people here, I left and took my dog to quail pointe vet in Clinton within 20 minutes my dog was in and out. Oh and I just received a bill yesterday for $44 vet visit, after what they did! This is completely unacceptable! I will be contacting my lawyer today! These are horrible evil people BEWARE!

NO. Awful. We left our happy and healthy dog for 6 days in their animal care. We got back stinky, unhappy and sick pup. Looks like they dont clean their cages well enough and dogs lay all the day on dirty mats. Not even speaking about being nice to our dogs. As a result our dog got his genitals all sore, like red and scratched. We showed our doggy to their doctor, he said its a reaction on material or something. Sure..didnt they see it for 7 days? We washed him 3 times before bad smell faded. Well think twice leaving our pup in any care again.

The staff here is very friendly and consistent. It always worries me when a veterinarian office rotates through staff between each visit, but Animal Care has had the same folks since we started taking our dogs 3 years ago. Theyre always able to get us in on short notice and I feel like they really do care about whats best for our furry family. The prices are very reasonable for the level of care you receive.

I recetly took my dog into their clinic to have his teeth cleaned and removed. I am so pleased with the staff there, they really went the extra mile. The surgery was less expensive than I had anticipated (much less than the other vets) and when I got home I realized they even trimmed his nails. They are my vet of choice, I highly reccommend them!

Dr. Michelle is the best! my lil terrier was so sick, he ended up having diabetes, but they got his blood sugar back on track, she taught me how to give him injections and with a special diet and insulin he is back to his ornery self. Awesome staff, wouldnt take my lil buddy anywhere else!

This place is terrible. I took my dog in for a cough and the lady vet tried to tell me he had neurological problems because he didnt notice her hand above his eyes. He was snarling and about to bite as she was doing this to him. They then tried to sell me on a brain scan for over $1,000.

They fixed up my daughters cat. Getting him in was a little challenging because the good Sameritian who found him on the road couldnt be allowed to check him in because he wasnt the owner. Once who was paying the bills were established, they took good care of him.

These guys have been my lifeline for so many of my pets and willing helped me in so many ways. I do rescue and they are there for me in any emergency. They are a little hard to get into if you just need an appointment. I love the staff.
