I have been a patient here for 23 years or so. Meyers was my doctor and was fantastic. He was always very busy because he was so great. I switched to Boyce who gave it to you straight and was good. He retired. I have been left with the worst non caring office ever. They used to be friendly and kind. All they care about nor is money. Once they wouldnt see me because my insurance had changed and I had a torn ACL and couldnt walk. Mind you Ive been going here 23 years. Got other insurance and gave another try. Today I had an appointment at 130, or so I thought they had said. They said actually it was at 115. I arrived at 124. They said they couldnt see me! I never complained when I was 45-hr after my time. But they said I cant be seen because I am 9 minutes late. I just fasted for 20 hours for labs and they cannot help me because I am nine minutes late. Please do yourself a favor and do not pick this practice. They are nothing like they once were. Avoid the rude impersonal service. You are better off at patient first... And that says something!

I have been a patient of Midlothian Family Practice for over 25 years. I had an appointment today at 11:00 and was asked to be there 15 minutes early to check in; I was. It took the receptionist, who was unfriendly, 2 minutes to check me in; so why was I asked to be there 15 minutes early? I was taken back to a room at 11:10 and sat there for 20 minutes where I watched the clock. I opened the door to tell the nurse that I had an appointment at 11:00; she said the doctor would be right in, that she was with another patient. I sat there another 10 minutes. The doctor, when she did come in, spent all of 6 minutes with me. No one apologized for my wait or explained that the doctor was running behind; if everyone is allotted 15 minutes for an appointment, why did I see the doctor for less than 10 and why do they run behind? I am so disappointed with the practice now that I have decided to look elsewhere for my medical care. The doctors who had been there for years seemed to all "retire" about the same time. Makes one wonder why.

I have been coming to this office to see Dr. Brown for approximately 20 years. I went in with several problems, in which I told the receptionist when I made the appointment. As I was talking with her about treatment, she basically told me that she didnt have any more time to talk about it. I have NEVER seen a doctor that was so insensitive. I will be finding a new Primary Care and would not recommend this office to anyone in the future.

I really like the doctors and PAs In this practice but the office staff at the Wadsworth office arent very professional. They were loud and talking inappropriately about patients who called into the office. The sliding glass is not sound proof. I could hear them while sitting in the exam room! I was reading some of the other comments and I agree with some of the complaints regarding the office staff.

The doctors are wonderful! The receptionists at the front desk are horrible! Check-in is slow and the receptionists are rude. They are happy to have you stand and wait for them. I have complained several times that their attitudes are extremely poor but to no avail. I love Dr. Bennett, who is the only reason I put up with such lousy customer service by the front desk.

Dr. Castro is a hero. I really respect the time he takes and the reasonable approach. I would not trust anyone else. I am hard headed and hate going to the doc but I have depended on him again and again. It is convenient to get an appointment, the office is responsive and he respects patient input. Dr. Gooss is the best doctor! He cares so much that he goes the extra mile to help his patients by calling an emergency prescription in for a severe inner ear infection; while hes on vacation. Love the updated facility and friendly staff. Great experiences each time

Dr.Goddard is the best including his nurse. I am so glad I found him when Dr. Barnes changed to a different patient option format. Front office is also very helpful as is the onsite lab. My wife changed to him as well and is very pleased.
