Dr. Feldman is an excellent physician; extremely thorough, no rushing the patient; the Nurses are great; the Office Staff is most co-operative; however, waiting over 2 hours in a very loud and not very clean waiting room, only to be called-back and placed in an examination room where you have to wait another 45 minutes before the Doctor comes-in is ludicrous. So, almost 3 hours after your scheduled appointment time, you actually get to see the Doctor! That was the wait for the first visit to Dr. Feldmans; the second was a follow-up visit with just a little over 2 hours total waiting time; on the third visit I finally inquired Why the 3 hour wait, again?!"; and, with apologies, was told the Doctor was triple-booked that day, (lucky I had an early morning appointment!). With the amount of money Dr. Feldman has to be making, you would think he would purchase new furniture for the examination rooms . . . very old and well-worn, to say the least. If it is all about the Doctor, youre in the right place; otherwise, look somewhere else!

I have never been treated by such a through physician in my life and I am 88. Ive seen a lot of Doctors. It took an hour and a half to get in to see him. However, he spent more then an hour reviewing every lab test and assessment with me. He ran all my needed test from his office. If you want a doctor whos worried about your health and not how quickly he can treat you, you need to be patient. His staff was friendly. His waiting room and exam room could use some sprucing, but who cares, I wasnt there for the atmosphere.

There is something very wrong about this Doctor. Making elderly patients wait up to three hours to be seen, threatening to call family services on them if they do not want to go and see another doctor for specialized issues. Whats with the calling family services on patients, they have the right to choose the care they receive, or not. Very strange man this Doctor Feldman. If you value your sanity, find another Doctor!!!
