Dr. Furman saved my smile! I was in a panic about which dentist to use to have my front teeth fixed after chipping them and started looking at reviews online. It is very difficult to really know which are accurate and which reviews are just a bunch of friends and family. I assure you as I sit and type my review, it is 100% accurate to my experience. I have gone to other dentists before, but Dr. Furman is by far the most informative and his dedication to his patients is unlike any other. By the way, I wasnt a patient until today (Saturday)! I called late on Friday upon reading reviews and to my great surprise, he answered! Yes, he was at a restaurant in the middle of dinner and graciously answered his phone. I frantically explained my situation and my fears and he calmly let me know it wasnt a problem and he would be willing to see me tomorrow - on Saturday! He proceeded to simply ask if I was able to send photos so he may assess and I happily obliged. He saved my smile and on a typical day off even though I wasnt a current patient! Great customer service and information I have wondered about and asked previous dentists for years Dr. Furman provided! Thank you!! I highly recommend!

I havent had any actual work done yet but based off the Customer Service and experience of all staff members this will be my dental office for the next 3 years. I basically had a crown put on by another dental office and bottom line it was not a good fit. God Bless Mrs. Kim who works at the front desk. She went above and beyond to assist me. During my consult Dr. Furman and his assistance made me feel like a patient and not a Number or Code. Extremely friendly environment, down to earth staff and overall competent staff members. I love the high tech computer and visual aids as well as the educational aspect of the visit. I felt like I was in dental school (now I am able to go back to the old dental office to tell them what is wrong rather than them just taking my money and leaving me with a headache). Like I said, I have not had any work done here yet but my first visit made me not want to look anywhere else.

Update: Still going strong at Dr. Furmans office. I like to reiterate, Dr. Furman and his Staff are the best of the best in Virginia Beach. My husband and I, can not say enough great things about this office. They are professional, experienced and affordable! Our teeth have never looked better!!!! Dr. Furman and his Staff are the Best of the Best of Virginia Beach! I had a little accident and chipped my front tooth. I was able to get right in the office, with an appointment, as a new patient. Dr. Furman and Mandy are my Teeth Angels! They did a wonderful job and fixed my tooth. I have my fabulous SMILE back! Thank you for the great job. From the moment I walked in the office, the whole staff made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend, Dr. Furman and his office to anyone I know that needs a knowledgeable and caring dentist.

Dr. Furman provided exceptional dental service. He is very informative. Many doctors and dentists dont take the time to explain the procedure, or educate you on your own situation but he takes that time to do so. Showed pictures and video of my mouth, what he was doing, described exactly what I should be doing/ how I should be brushing and flossingm etc. Also very sensitive to your comfort. I am a big baby in the dentists chair, and he is always conscious of your comfort, asking if you need to stop or feel any pain - and then doing something to relieve or reduce it (Most dentists I have gone to in the past just say "push through for me - just a little more!"). His entire staff is very nice and accommodating. Hes the best in my book and I will be going back again and highly recommend him.

I had a wonderful visit to Dr. Furman s office with himself and the entire staff. Everyone was friendly and there was a very warm spirit and atmosphere in the office. I was very pleased with the services and I would highly recommend Dr. Furman to my family and close friends..... The dentist is Not my favorite place to go but he was very friendly and our conversation eased my tension level a lot.... The after care instructions I received was very clear and all of my questions were answered to my complete satisfaction... Im looking forward to getting my dental heath back up to a high level with the assistance and guidance of Dr. Furman and his staff...

BEST DENTIST EVER.. Needed an emergency extraction, but it was after hours, so I was expecting an answering machine. To my surprise, it rerouted straight to his cell phone- which he actually answered. I wasnt a former patient of his, but he fit me in early the next morning. Everyone was so extremely kind - Like more than just the typical pleasant office robots. They were enjoyable to talk to and went out of their way to save me money. The best part, they got me in and out in less than an hour. When I left, he not only gave me his cell number, but also his wifes cell number - just in case he didnt answer. Oh, and did I mention... BEST DENTIST EVER.

I had an extremely painful toothache in the evening and needed an emergency dentist. In the morning I contacted Dr. Furmans office and he was able to see me right away even though it was his day off. I had to have a tooth extracted. He was gentle and explained everything that was going on in detail. I have always been apprehensive about dentists. I found that Dr. Furman was able to allay my concerns. If you need a dentist for any reason, I can not recommend Dr. Furman enough.I must also commend his staff. They were highly professional and compassionate. Thank you Dr. Furman and your staff for your care during my crisis.

I have been with Dr. Furman for quite awhile now. I was very lucky to walk into his office years ago looking for a new dentist for me and my daughter. The staff is extremely nice. Its been over six months since we have had our check ups and cleanings and right when we walked in the door today the dental hygienist right away welcomed us with a "theres the Rozier family!" Dr. Furman and his staff are always cheerful and I havent had a procedure thats hurt yet! My daughter actually enjoys going to the dentist and on the way there today exclaimed, "i cant wait to go to the dentist!" I couldnt ask for a better dentist!

This review is long over due! I went to Dr. Furman a year ago needing major work and a fear of dentists that literally put me in tears going into his office. Kim, Mandy & Dr. Furman were so kind and accommodating they helped me face and conquer my fear of dentists. Dr. Furman and Mandy have an amazing connection and work beautifully together. The kept me comfortable and did a major amount of work quickly and painlessly. Over a course of six months or so, they completed my dental overhaul and I couldnt be happier with the end result! Thank you Dr. Furman, Mandy & Kim for everything!
