I first started coming here after a bad car accident in 2008 and I have been a loyal patient since. After my accident I was treated by Dr. Chan and I noticed that my low back and neck pains (plus headaches) were definetely decreasing and soon to be non existent. Ive increasingly felt better day by day after getting routine adjustments. Even though my accident is settled and done with I continuously come to see either Dr. Chan or Dr. Kate to help me maintain that "well- being- great- pain-free" feeling that I have since I have kept my spine in check! They accept most insurance and I deff was quite at ease since their front desk ladies were courteous enough to help me check my coverage and went over them with me incase I had any questions about what was being billed or what was covered, what wasnt covered. This is the only place I trust with curing away my headaches, low back pains, and often injuries I get from snowboarding, sports etc. Since im young curious and full of questions they have always been so kind and patient with me, let alone effective with their treatments!!

Dr tom was a character he is very nice and informative. The clinic was always dirty the face rest only had paper that got changed no wiping it down or anything. The front desk staff were nice when talking to you directly but went off in their own language. I do not think I will be returning here. They also dont follow up with you if you miss an apt.

I was experiencing quite a bit of chronic pain in my upper back that was making it hard for me to pursue my normal activities. Dr. Mike and Dr. Kate worked with me to explain and then correct the problem. Its been quite a relief to no longer be in constant discomfort. I would highly recommend the Back And Neck Pain Center.
