I Have bad experince with scedule with them by phone, I made a phone call to make appointment for my son and A lady answer on phone told me that He can get in to meet the dokter I want to see, tomorrow and with the time of course. so the next day I came in , they said there is no appoinment for my Son, They just let me to make another apointment for another week. the lady on the phone didnt come to see me to the front office and say appologize in person. The other person ask appologize which is not their mistake. Very disaponted after i m off from my work and need some more off work for next week. Really Disapointed.

The medical staff are friendly, efficient and professional... once you reach them. However, try to reach them and youre facing frustration and outrageously long waiting times on hold. Ive now been waiting more than 10 minutes just to be able to talk to someone and they dont give you the option to leave a voice mail. This is just to make an appointment for a VACCINATION. This medical center, overall deserves a 4+ but their accessibility deserves a -1.
