Glitches Protege

Been a patient here my whole life. I was switched from my peds Doctor to a family health one. I loved my first doctor she was amazing! But now my new doctor has me waiting almost two hours to be seen. My old Doctor I waited MAYBE 20min max. I dont have time to wait 2 hours to even SEE my doctor! If I have an apt at one, why is it that its 3:20 now and I still havent seen her and Im still sitting in the to be seen room alone? Yeah. Not going to be a patient here anymore thats for sure

Just waited over an hour to talk to an "advice nurse" without even getting to talk to a real person. My sons doctor is phenomenal, but we just needed a urine sample cup. And were STILL made to wait on hold for over an hour, without ever getting to make our request, except via voicemail. Literally a less than 5 minute convo. Very frustrating and disappointing.

I am very disappointed with their process for accepting new patients. The process need a to change, and must change. You Should be able to request an appointment on line and be able to be seen within 24 hours of requesting a visit regardless of insurance. Sometimes a new patient will keep the physician if treated well when ill and when needed.

I moved from Indiana to McMinnville and finding PMC was the best thing that has ever happened! On my sons first visit (18month check up.) The doctors looked him over and actually spent 25+ minutes watching and listening to him! I couldnt believe they cared that much! He even left with a brand new book! Way to go PMC!

Finding a new Dr. Im so sick of waiting over an hour for my toddler to be seen every time I go in there. Wish our old Dr in Newberg hadnt retired. He never treated us like this. If you want a Dr keep looking because this isnt the place to go.
