The receptionist and vet tech were friendly and wonderful. But the veterinarian told me my dog was fine simply because she wasnt limping at that very moment. He recommended supplements and to "give them time to work". His exam was brief and he brushed off my concerns. When she didnt get any better I took her to a new vet who promptly diagnosed her with a torn ACL and did x-rays which further found out she had hip dysplasia and spinal stenosis as well. My dog has been dealing with this pain for over two months because this vet wrote her off. Also, they clipped her nails (without my permission) and then charged me $16 for it. We will never be back.

Okay, the service is good. BUT, why dont they tell you what your bill will actually be when you pick up your pet?? Apparently if they havent seen your dog within a month, they charge you $40 for an exam. Oh, if your dogs in heat...they charge more, but you wont know it until you pay your bill. the extra add-ons are probably normal...but they shouldnt "surprise" you with the additional costs tacked on.

I can abosolutely rave about all 3 Vets at Kenmore Vetrinary Hospital. Dr. B. has been our Vet for nearly 20 years, providing excellent care and advice, for cats with diabetes, rescue/adopted dogs with strange infections and many routine visits for all our animal family. All 3 Vets in the office are wondefully caring and kind to the animals and their people,

Ive taken my cats here multiple time and have received wonderful care. The staff is very nice and friendly. Im currently working on getting my cats ready to travel to Hawaii and they have been great in helping me make the transition. Their pricing is resonable and they dont try to add additional costs.

I am really happy with the care both my cats and dog receive here. I like the separate doors for dogs and cats. Drs are caring and communicative. I feel in partnership with my pets care. We love Dr Sharma!

The vets are super nice and thorough. Saturday appointments are a plus. Also they have separate entrances for dogs and cats to keep them from getting to stressed.
