My dog had a vet appointment just over two weeks ago. The doctor and assistant were great. The front desk lady Jovanna was so rude. Busy on her cellphone. I asked her to update my last name and book me for two weeks out like the doctor asked. No courtesy calls before appointments so I didnt know she made a mistake. My husband showed up to bring our dog in and she was so rude to him. She rolled her eyes at him as he walked in because her conversation with another woman was in interrupted. Then she said so rude to my husband that he was at the wrong location and there is no appointment. He came home and told me what he experienced. He being a firefighter is a kind person and never should have been treated that way. I called and Jovanna answered. I told her my husband came in and was turned away she was so rude to me in her tone and said she doesnt have us on the books. I told her to check again. She said oh I have you under a different last name (she didnt update as asked from last appointment). She said the appointment was a week before. I said no, the doctor said to come back in two weeks. Today is two weeks. You wrote it down. She said so rudely well we can make another appointment. She wouldnt let me talk to anyone else. I will be calling Monday or showing up to talk with someone besides this rude, no customer service lady.

This place is so money hungry they will do anything to get into your pockets. I needed to take my dog there because a cyst on his eyelid was bleeding. When I took my dog there, 1st the vet looked at my dog and asked what he was looking for and trust me the cyst on his eyelid wasnt small, you cant miss it! They missed handled my dog, hes very friendly and Ive never seen him that scared before. Then before telling whats wrong with my dogs eye, he went outside to give his assistance a piece of paper to add up all the costs. Back in the room, he told me he needs to cut my dogs eyelid off, cant do it any other way. Then the lady comes back in with a 300-600 dollar bill, with 4+ times of tranquilizer...really? he weights 35 lbs. Do not trust these people with your pet or your money! Anyways, I was ever displeased but had to do something. I went to another Vet, checked out his eye, laser the cyst off, and cleaned his teeth, and nail trimming for under 300. My dog looks great and is very healthy. Beside the prices this other Vet really took her time to look at my dog and we were a walk in. Try Vet at Murphys Corner instead.

Pros: Both doctors love my dog. Help fixed his diarrhea issue :) Some vet services like the teeth cleaning were pretty affordable. Jessica especially loved my cat and dog but she has now moved:( New techs are ok. Cons: This is such an old school clinic. Doctor Koenig especially need to be up to date with stuff. Took my cat to the vet for weight loss, did some blood work and feline leukemia test and told us everything looks normal. Didnt even know he was anemic when specialist detected that in minutes. Prescribed prescription food and vitamins but nothing helped. Turned out our cat had multiple cancers and died within a month after his check up on August. Also please do estimates before doing work so there are no surprises for us pet parents and offer a referal if you have no idea on what is wrong with the animal. Please go to a different vet if you can but if you cant my recommendation is first get insured, second do yearly blood work for apparently cats/dogs can hide their diseases and three always weigh your pet once a month. If their weight falls even 1lb there is something likely wrong with them

I was fairly satisfied with my visit here. The doctor and receptionist were both very nice and attentive people. I went in for my cats yearly check up, a couple of vaccines, and a fecal exam. Pricing was very reasonable, I actually ended up paying a few dollars less than what I was quoted. The only reason Im giving it four stars instead of five is because I was not satisfied with the examination. I just felt that it was not very thorough. All the doctor really did was weigh him and listen to his heart beat. For a $48 exam, I felt that he shouldve been doing more. The vet that I took my cat to before Everett Veterinary Hospital looked/felt all over my cat, checked his teeth, etc. Anyways, thats the only complaint I had, otherwise my visit was perfectly lovely.

I have been a dog owner all of my life (49 years) and also horses, birds, gecko, hamster, and cat. Dr. Koenig is the most compassionate vet I have ever known. He may not be the most cutting edge in medical science, but he has been in business for many years and knows animals. His love for them is apparent in every way. I met him when I needed to put my 14-year old golden retreiver to sleep and was unhappy with a Mukilteo area vets compassion in his practice. Dr. Koenig and the staff were so caring, kind and compassionate that I am now a devotee and loyal client.

I have taken both cats and dogs to this vet after trying two other vets in North Everett and being disappointed by both greed and incompetence. They (both Doctors and staff) at the Everett Veterinary Hospital have been competent and compassionate. I also took two of our animals there after they passed to be cremated and both times they were very caring. I have seen money hungry vets and they are not that, they really care. Dr. Koenig is very knowledgeable and truly has a passion for animals.

Ive been taking my dog and cats here for 4 years now and Im very please. They have great prices that are not crazy for someone on a tight budget. The doctor and staff are very friendly and truly care about your pets. Sadly we are moving out of the Everett area and relocating down to puyallup, but I spoke with Dr. Koenig and he had a good recommendation for another veterinary he knows down there. If I do find myself in everett again and in need of a vet for my pets, this will be my place to go.

When My dog Lloyd had a button ulcer on his chest Dr.Koenig took great care of him. The whole staff was great! When we took him home I had tons of questions and they were all answered on the phone and in our follow up visit. They worked with us on our schedule for dropping him off and picking him up and follow up care. They remember us when we come in and the care is excellent. Plus its affordable even with horrible pet insurance. Well be sticking with Everett Veterinary Hospital for sure.

I took my cat to Dr. Koenig after receiving less than stellar care from another North Everett veterinarian. My cat had an abscess and Dr. Koenig gave me the option of either caring for him myself or keeping him at the office overnight. I chose to care for the cat myself, and I was very surprised when the vets office followed up with a phone call two days later to see how everything was going. Its that kind of care that will keep me going back to Everett Veterinary.
