Dr Corely takes a very personal approach to his patients. I always feel that he is there to help me with my specific problem and he cares. He doesnt just do the standard crickety crack assembly line approach every 15 minutes to whoever is laying on his table. He seems to know us all by name and our therapy is very individualized. He is friendly and intelligent, and sincere in his approach to fix my issue and not just keep patching it up. Dr Justin was the first doctor to see me on the first day I came in. He is very knowledgeable and thorough and friendly. He put me at ease right away with his smiling face and calm manner. He spent time explaining how the process worked and what the x-rays would show. I really appreciated his approach at my initial visit. The receptionist, Jen, is very personal and friendly as well as professional. She knows the computer system they use very well it seems. She is always able to immediately take my copay or print out my upcoming appointments without waiting more than 15 seconds from the time I ask for either of those things, to the time shes handing me a receipt. Most other doctors offices Ive been to have lengthy reception times. Here, you just walk in, say "Hi" to Jen and she does her job so fast youre back sitting in a massage chair before you can even put your debit card away. Also, everyone that works there remembered my name after my first visit. Very nice staff.

Terrible!! Been going there for many many years and so disappointed and hurt from how I was treated today. Tai the spa manager is very rude and disrespectful and also unfair. I was stuck in traffic yesterday for 45 minutes and knew I would not make it there by 5pm. I called and receptionist was pleasant and rescheduled me to today. When I came in today she told me I had to pay the 35 dollar no show fee. I said I didnt no show I called and rescheduled. She said let me get Tai. Tai was very unpleasant, angry, scouling and telling me that I have done this before no showed and that is why she is charging me. I said I never no showed but I have rescheduled. She pulled up my account and said there was one time with a sick child and another one you were stuck at work. I ended up paying no show fee plus todays massage and tip but left without getting one because I was so upset. Horrible experience there and will tell everyone I know this is how they treat nice customers of many years.

This place was the answer to my prayers! I was nervous and in pain when I went through the door the first time. The front desk was friendly and helped me right away. She was helpful with everything from scheduling to insurance questions. Dr Kellogg listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. He did an assessment and we had a plan of action that first day. I was adjusted 3 times and my pain went from 7 and tearful to every now and then I feel a pulling sensation. They did not pressure me to keep coming back but for my health of my spine I will be back for maintenance. I let all my friends know where to go. If you want someone to have your back this is the place to go. Dr. Kellogg made it possible to get back to my busy life....pain free!!!

I have been receiving massages at the Spa since moving to University Place four years ago. The atmosphere is wonderful there. The office staff is knowledgeable, professional, friendly and helpful. The massage therapists are the best. They listen and provide what is needed to make the massage experience beneficial, relaxing and enjoyable. Recently, I began working with Dr. Darin on the Wellness side as I was experiencing leg and shoulder pain. He has been very supportive and helpful in getting me back to wellness. The staff there is also very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend Pacific Spa and Wellness for both chiropractic issues and massage. Enjoy!

I am now 73. My first experience with the chiropractic was at the age of 18. Through the years I have been to number of offices. Some of the Drs retired, some past away. Through those times I have met some who were great and some who seemed to be incompetent and those who practiced the "pure" rote method. I.e the same thing over and over. Might say I am a professional patient by experience. Dr. Corley and his staff are a gift. They are the the highest caliber of professional people who know their patients as if they are personal friends. I have been gong to them for about 5 years. I was a skeptic to chiropractic treatment at first, but Dr. Corley and Dr. Derrin were patient with me and took the time to explain the treatment process. They were keen in trying to find the best treatment method for me as a team. Although I cannot say that I am completely "fixed", but the team at Pacific Wellness has helped me make progress in an injury that accumulated over several years and is impossible to fix overnight. I am hopefully that continual treatment with this team that individualizes treatment methods and truly cares will result in a positive prognosis.

I loved how clean and organized the chiropractor and spa area was kept. Everyone was very genuine and attentive to my needs. I especially loved my massage. It was peaceful, focused on my areas of pain and added those special touches. She laid hot towels on after every body part was massaged and even added in some different aromatherapy oils. I know at my other place I go to, you have to pay extra for anything other than a massage. This was truly a sweet surprise and I would definitely recommend it to anyone! :)

I have never felt so welcomed at a Chiropractors office before. Everyone is so nice and so welcoming! The Chiropractors teach you about what is going on with you and show you things to do at home to help you progress. It is not about the money to these guys. They are really concerned about you and your health. I look forward to going to my appointments. Massage is awesome. Alex does a great job and also cares about your wellbeing. Pacific wellness and spa is just a great place to go for all your wellness needs :)

This place is amazing.. Dr. Darin has done wonders with my back and body.. I work with 5 y/o kids, and he has undone what they have done for years!:) I am able to move, walk, run, just about everything I want to do now! I have been going there for 6 months now, and will continue for sure! The front desk staff is fantastic also... If I call, they try their best to fit me in.. Very friendly staff.. Reasonably priced.. Would recommend to any friend or family member that likes a place that works and is there for you!:)
