Beware of high costs and fees -- call ahead first! I went in for a basic eye exam, expecting the price to be similar to a couple other places Ive been to in Vancouver. I made the mistake of not calling ahead first. A new patient standard eye exam (with refraction) is $205 (compared to $120-$140 elsewhere) and a contact lens fitting is $100 (compared to $30-$50 elsewhere). They also charge for a $45 wellness screening. I went in expecting to pay between $150-$190 for everything and was shocked at the final price of $314 -- and this was AFTER they gave me a 10% discount! Dr. Ray and the staff were professional but no one could give me an answer on the phone later as to why prices are 50% more than other comparable established clinics. If money is no object, this is your place. However, I will be purchasing my contacts elsewhere and picking a new eye care provider next time.

I have to say this is the only place to go in College Station if youre looking for a complete and competent eye exam. As the examination is in progress Dr. Januskey explains her findings in detail and has never rushed through exams to make up time. Ive been going here for ages and the professional staff and doctor(s) have always treated me as family. The office is higher end and comfortable. Though the cost is on par with other establishments, I believe youre getting more for your money here.

My husband and I have come to Precision Eyecare for many years. I think their eye exams are more thorough that any opthamologist Ive seen. The corrections are right on. Twice Ive had problems and they replaced a frame for free and made new lenses for a pair that I was having trouble with. And best of all, its not a huge chain store and its never a madhouse when I come in. The staff in very nice and knowledgeable, too.

The prices are better or maybe on par with other eye places, the exams are good, and the staff/doctors are great. However, if you are buying glasses, be prepared for a long wait. I am going on two weeks waiting for my glasses, and the lab was held up due to frames from the manufacturer. Seriously? Good thing I have my old ones still.

We love EVERYONE at Precision Eye Care. Always friendly and will go out of their way for us. Been going there for years and years and love that they remember us each and every time. Also appreicate that their primary concern is that we are happy with their service and product! Love my glasses! Thank you!

I have always had a good experience with Precision Eye Care with regards to customer service, Doctor care and overall care from staff. The only thing I have any problem with are the prices. They seem to be a little high and not forth coming before visits.

I have been going to these fine folks for years, and find them to be excellent, expert, and very accommodating. Dr. Chans last prescription for me was more suitable than the one I got from Bascom Palmer, so yeah, I trust her and her team.
