Dr. Kha and her team are wonderful. Detail oriented, yet efficient. Friendly, yet professional. I cant say enough about my experience. From the eye exam alone, I learned more about my eye condition and best practices than any other optometrist Ive visited, combined. Their fashionable and wide selection of frames is also impressive. I found the team goes out of its way to help and would highly recommend their service.

Staff here are great and helpful but Im afraid I cant say the same thing for Dr. Kha. She was rude to her staff, reprimanding then in front of customers when all they do is try to help out. I came here because it is close to where I work but after my last experience, I wouldnt mind driving a few more miles to take my business elsewhere. You just lost 3 clients because of your bad attitude!

My old eye glasses got broken and then i found "Eye City Optometry" through google. I went there without an appointment and told them getting my eye exam and new glasses is urgent. Dr. Kha accepted my request and performed as eye exam immediately. She explained me everything in detail. Thank you Very much Dr. Kha.

I had a very positive experience. Doctor gave me a very thorough examination. Ordered a pair of Oakley frames. Arrived on time. Perfect fit. They gave me a copy of my prescription when I picked up the new glasses, signed. I guess the junk-drawer pair wont be ordered online. Im delighted. Ill be back.
