Amazing, Amazing Amazing. The location is perfect, and when you walk in everyone is very kind and welcoming. If youre looking for a new eye clinic that doesnt feel like youre getting your eyes checked, but actually being able to have a break from your day and the normal mundane experience then GO HERE. The optometrist was so helpful and she actually took the time to ask me what my needs are and even ordered two trials for me to see which one was going to work better. Incredibly accommodating, and if I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Very professional and friendly front office. Office is clean, modern and quiet. Dr Aker is more personable than any OD I have met, and was great at answering questions. He is not pushy and will let you know exactly what your options are for tests, glasses, contacts and are upfront with pricing which is great! Easy to make appointments online, and they are prompt with their calls when contacts come in.

I have been going here for years now and I have always been treated with respect and care. Even when I switch insurance, I stayed with them. I have always worked with Dr. Aker and Natasha. They are both kind and very helpful. Although they do their work well, they excel in providing a positive customer experience. Their selection of glasses is affordable and good quality.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The doctor was thorough and was great about answering all my questions, which I appreciated since Ive had bad experiences with not so thorough exams in the past at other eye care places. Their selection was surprisingly affordable and GOOD quality. Natasha helped me pick out a pair that are just perfect. I definitely recommend.

The staff is really friendly and helpful, and I like the optometrist here. They occasionally offer you a cold soda while you wait. The place is pretty comfortable, and they have interesting, hip materials on the coffee table to browse while you wait. The student discounts are great too.

They will not refund the cost of the lenses. Funny, because LensCrafters refund the full amount (frames and lenses) of the eyeglasses. The snobbish attitude I was given by the young saleswoman and their optometrist really was off - putting
