The Health Department is next to Dade County Public Defenders Office and across the street from the University of Miami Hospital. The facility is new and the architectural design is modern. They have a public clinic which can issue medical evaluations for those people interested in governmental positions such as the Police and Fire Department. There is also a screening clinic for sexually transmitted diseases. They work on a sliding fee scale although if youre unemployed or disabled the services are free. Within the facility there is the Bereau that provides Birth as well as Death Certificates. A fee is charged and certified copies are available for an additional fee. This department, Vital Statistics, is usually very busy and the waiting time is no longer than 30 minutes usually. Parking is at the rear of the building and there is a fee.

I have been to pei wei in various cities. Went to the one on 188th st biscayne twice recently. The floor, tables and the restaurant overall is so dirty, the stench remains on your shoes and in your nose even after you leave. This seems to be a general problem with several bars and restaurants in south florida (Duffys sunny isles, chilis Bayside Miami, etc). Is there even a creature called manager and what is that person managing? Where are and what are the local health departments doing is a mystery.
