Firstly the ladies at the front desk were polite and attentive... I had an appointment with Syed-Bilal Ahmed at 3:pm Monday August 21. I was on time, Dr. Ahmed was on time, very polite, got right to business, asking pointed questions to get accurate answers from me.... Spent a good half hour with me suggesting options that we both agreed on.... Set up a questionaire appointment for me with Richard Speicher today to go over more details...Richard is very polite, knowledgeable and ,moved me through the system quickly, Thanks Richard. Only when I was leaving did one of the Nurses mentioned I was over an hour early for my appointment but they juggled the staff and got me out an hour earlier...Thanks to all the staff.

Despicable customer service. Dont call to get forms completed. Total run around and rude staff, particularly Randi and Jamie! The staff needs serious retraining. Ive gotten better service at a drive-thru. Makes you wonder how the physicians treat the patients if your first encounter is with such horrible staff.

Very disappointed when I show up today for. My appointment 10 minutes late. And was not seen by the nurse practitioner. I was told to reschedule for next week. ?.I was hopping to ge seen at least as a walk in then but no luck...I am sick with a bad cold and cough.

Never keep an appointment time. Average wait time (in waiting room) at least an hour. Nurses have little to no bedside manner, Dr speaks broken English. Very hard to understand and is not a good Dr for diabetes.
