Let me first say that Dr. Robert Faber himself is a wonderful doctor and attentive and gives all the attention that a patient could need. That being said, the rest of the staff at his office are extremely difficult to work with to the point that refilling my estrodiol shots has been virtually impossible. I have been trying for the last 2 weeks to have a prescription refilled and they have failed at every turn. And when I asked the receptionist to to put me in contact with someone in charge of the office, I was placed through to someone who only works on Mondays and Fridays.. Today is TUESDAY. I would strongly recommend any other doctors office at this point.
