Bay Medical has tied up many of PCs doctors and with one of the two hospitals plus the Diagnostic Center Complex, you would think that if you were in their system,you could just walk in, check in and the majority of things would be taken care of. Not so, the waiting room was full waiting for the two people to process the paperwork. Several staff members checked in and went behind the closed doors while patients waited to be called to have their blood drawn. Sad that this is a part of the supposedly best hospital complex in Bay County. Just bad management and under staffing or improper staffing. The older person taking blood has the worst attitude. She needs to find a different line of work

Never had a problem getting in. Im a hard stick but they never seem to have a problem. Nurses are very friendly and gentle.
