New receptionist is very unprofessional. I was there in the waiting area waiting to be called by doctor and could hear receptionist on a personal phone call with her mother cursing and yelling in front of patients. I love Dr Wayne, I been going there for years but this new girl makes the business look bad. I tried referring a friend there also and my friend has decided not to go to her appt due to lack of professionalism from front desk. My friend said that front desk was rude while making her appt and didnt give her any information about what kinda insurance they take. Get a new educated and kind receptionist .

Dr. Wayne never gives up. I had purchased glasses from another optomotrist and even after several lens changes they could not accurately adjust my no-line bifocals and I returned the glasses. I went to Dr. Wayne and she not only helped me pick out appropriate frames, but after several tries adjusted my script to fit my difficult prescription needs. Although I do not live in the area she is well worth the drive. JD

I called 3 times in different days to schedule an appointment and in each call i had to wait around 15 to 20 minutes until I gave up
