Horrible! I went in as a walk-in for a drug screening and arrived around 8:28 am. There was no one in the waiting room besides myself and I saw 3 people walk out of the room during my 15 minute wait. I waited for another 15-20 minutes (nobody in waiting room). There were 4-6 patients that came in and were taking in 5-10 mins prior to signing in (probably have appointments - which is reasonable). After taking in everyone and the waiting room was empty I waited another 15-20 minutes. I have been here for an almost about 2 hours at this point and I have to pee really bad (holding it in for drug screen since Ive arrived). I went up to the receptionist and at this point I told her I can make an appointment if its necessary. I told her you seem busy and she was like "we take walk ins". Then comes a storm of patients coming in! Word of advice make an appointment if possible or wait a ridiculous amount of time to get seen. They shouldnt even have a walk-in option if they are going to make patients wait a ridiculous amount of time!!! sincerely your walk in patients

The person at the front desk was downright unfriendly, rude and miserable. I deal with the public all day in my job, and theres just no excuse for this. We changed insurance and had to start using Lab Corp instead of Quest - and I cant tell you how unhappy my entire family has been with Lab Corp. Not using them by choice and would go back to Quest in a minute.

If you have any problems giving blood do not go there they hired any body and they are qualified or not experience enough to draw blood. Find some place else.
