this place has no respect in the matter of appointment. I made an appointment to extract the tooth and when to call the doctor told me that it would not be the date that had marked 1 month ago. And that probably would have to wait almost a month to just do the interview with the surgeon who would score the surgery to another month (probably in December). I disrespect they have not switched to mention that the query would be demarcated and that the surgeon would not be it. They should have told me since I had to wait 1 month for this? Just a simple consultation interview to pull a tooth? As well? How much longer would have to wait just to get the tooth This is ridiculous. Never come back in this clinic for not respecting me as a patient and respect my markings. I am very upset and disappointed. This is ridiculous

If you just need a cleaning this is a great place, but they dont understand that people get emergencies so they should be leaving slots open in case of emergencies. I called over 48 hours ago and left a message on the answering service. They were closed both New Years Eve and New Years Day so I didnt get a call back until Friday morning after the office had opened. They told me to come in at 10:30. Its now 11:30 and Im still sitting in the waiting room. If you have an emergency, call another dentist

I have been having dental care since january and i still have my root canal tooth in the air because the temporary filling came off.. everytime i call to make an appointment hes booked one month to two months out... This is why peoples teeth fall off its ridiculous !!!!!! i have several jobs to be done and instead of working on these problems two at a time they only do one job per visit and space them one month apart its insane! The waiting room time as well is another problem

I had some work done a while back and the service was horrible. The oral surgeon was incredibly rude and insensitive. They neglected to inform me that local anesthesia is not effective if you have an infected tooth and proceeded to extract the tooth anyway. I was not given any antibiotics or pain medication after the procedure. I ended up going to the hospital after where they gave me the medication I needed.

Unfortunately my wife was duped into adding these people on her insurance for our dental providers. Ive had the misfortune of dealing with their unprofessional front desk staff for a couple of years. I have new dental coverage that wont start until March and I have a cavity that hurts really badly. I would rather die of starvation than go and have them take care of my cavity.

Ridiculous receptionist, dont know what they are doing. When you make an appointment you tale them the purpose of your visit. You take a day off, go the see dentist, the receptionist tale you you need to bring xray and referral from the dentist. HELLO, isnt this a dentist office. You guys cant take xray. RIDICULOUS RECEPTIONIST.

Ive gone twice and it took more than 4 hoours just to get called on. Everyone in the room just could not help not to complain. I rather do the dental care myself. Dont go here! If you think im harsh you should look at the patients
