I was having an allergic reaction yesterday and went into the office a little frightened. I was welcomed and taken care of immediately. The nurse at the front desk handed me my forms and said Id be assisted by a nurse soon. Even though there were a few people ahead of me, I was assisted practically immediate and a nurse looked over my vitals signs and got me comfortable. Since my reaction was minor, they assisted other customers first but kept me comfortable on the doctors table until the doctor was able to see me. Every one was extremely nice. Best experience I have every received from an urgent care, answered all my questions and even wrote me a doctors note for work. They even followed up today to see if I was feeling better!!!

I went in for a sinus infection at about 8:10am. They already had about 6-8 people in the waiting room and the receptionist was very upfront that the wait would probably exceed an hour. Although I wasnt exactly thrilled, at least they told me the truth. I was surprised through when they got me into an exam room within 30 minutes and had me out the door 30 minutes after that. Receptionists were very pleasant and the doctor was thorough. I would highly recommend for walk ins.

I walked into the office and was able to see the Dr. within half an hour. All the staff was really friendly including the front desk, nurses, and dr. The Dr. listened to me and provided the treatment that I was looking for. They called the next day to follow up and see how I was doing. Will definitely chose to go here for urgent care again!

The staff was very unfriendly and rude, if it wasnt the closest place to where I was injured I would definitely not have gone there, and now I will drive the extra miles just to never go there again.
