RUDE!!! Im new to the region and I had an exam last year. Very dusty interior, very rushed experience. Paid my copay and one year later a rude woman contacts me about $80.00 that my insurance didnt cover. I told her that I would rather speak to her in person, because her language and her tone was discourteous over the phone. I ask to speak to the doctor and he refuses, and I hear him in the other room saying, "What does she want us to do? Kiss her ass? Tell her not to come here anymore." Sooooooo unprofessional! I was livid!!!!! I had no words so I just took his advice and walked out. I couldnt believe the language and posture. I have great insurance through my employer and now that Im more familiar with the region, rest assured that I only use Princeton doctors now. I feel terrible for the people who have no other option. No one deserves to be treated that way. Thumbs down on the false billing. Thumbs down on the staff. Thumbs down on the location. Thumbs down on the ethics and conduct and communication. As a professional, Dr Morino should be ashamed of himself.

Unprofessional service. My five year old was supposed to been got her eyeglasses over the weekend. The front desk receptionist tells me there was a shipment of glasses that came in that day but to call back Monday which was very inconvenient because the doctor told me they would definitely be there Saturday. I work 5 days out the week with weekends off which means she has to go a whole extra week without her glasses. The shipment was there already so I dont see what the problem was.
