The absolute worst doctors experience in my life! I visited DR.Rocca with concern for a cyst that appeared on my nose. They promised me it would go away shortly with a cortisone shot. 4 Visits later, and 4 more cortisone shots and my cyst was gone. But as a result of them injecting cortisone 4 separate times i was left with a huge scar on my nose. The 4 visits cost me 650$ for one pimple! After trying to contact to DR.Rocca about my concerns i was greeted with a receptionist who refused to have the DR. call me back. This place is simply looking to collect as much money as possible and the result is patient neglect. Each visit the doctor would spend only minutes with me before injecting cortisone,obviously they didnt consider the possibility that the steroids would scar my face! Its also clear they dont care of their patients improvement and well-being. I recommended visiting a dermatologist who actively cares for their patients and isnt just interested in collecting as many co-pays as possible. This is honestly the first review I have ever written in my life, but I felt it was necessary so other people can avoid the problems I incurred due to this fraudulent practice.

I was able to get an appointment for my 93yr old grandfather with Dr. Nervi. I had heard he had worked several years at a veterans hospital with diagnosing skin cancers and treating them. He was very informative and answered any questions and concerns. He treated my grandfather for precancers and guided us thru the process. We definitely felt we were in good hands.Very grateful to have found such a great dermatologist! Definitely recommended!

Im unhappy with my experience with this dermatologist. For my entire visit, the physicians assistant who I saw was trying to sell me expensive laser treatments that I could not afford. The staff were, however, very friendly. They promised a call back from Dr Rocca the next day, and I never got called. They seemed very knowledgeable about cosmetic dermatology, but perhaps I did not realize the cost involved.

Went for skin cancer screening. Left feeling awful about my veins, "acne" etc. Has a few abnormal cells...called to make an appointment was told I could only see the PA. When I explained first experience with her wasnt good, they have me attitude. Said they would have get approval from the doctors to make an appointment with them. I wont go back.

Love Rocca, Kathleen Carbon and all the staff at Natural Image Skin Center. They are compassionate and all very friendly. When calling for an appointment the staff will always do their best to try and get them an appointment. Very clean, organized and spacious office!
