Wonderful new dental office. Kim on the phone was very friendly and helpful when making my first appointment there. I had the pleasure to meet her in person at the receptionist desk when I went for my appointment. She was just as sweet and kind in person. The dental hygienist who took my x-rays was very friendly as well. She worked very hard on my cleaning. Before my appointment I had been experiencing severe tooth pain, I suspect her thorough cleaning did a lot to alleviate that awful pain. I need a lot of work done on my teeth and the dentist seemed very knowledgeable in preparing a plan of action for my treatment. I feel I am in very good hands. Very professional staff. Would highly recommend to new clients looking for a dentist! They are located on the side of the building to the left of Ace Hardware store on the left side of mercerville mall. There is a new consumers bank next to the hardware store. Community Dental of Hamilton is to the left of the bank. Again, on the left side of the building complex. Shouldnt be too difficult to find. Edit: I have started my treatment here. Just got a root canal and fillings. The dentist here does extraordinary work! He really went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable throughout the procedure and completed as much work as he could in one sitting. I am so impressed with their dedication! If you are looking for a dentist. Come here! I cant express my appreciation enough!

I just got back from my first appointment here. I havent been to a dentist in years, and had a lot of anxiety about the state of my teeth before I arrived. Everyone I met here--from reception to x-ray to cleaning to meeting the dentist--was incredibly nice, friendly and conversational throughout the whole experience. While I was really anxious about making this appointment, I have no anxiety for my next cleaning thanks to how nice and professional everyone was.

Impeccable service! The staff is friendly, helpful, and awesome with children. The office was clean, our wait time was minimal. The entirety of my experience from booking an appointment through to check out was positive. If you are in search of a new dental provider, as I was, you will not be disappointed!
