While I like the fact you sign in on the Ipad, which is very easy, and the tv screen shows how many minutes till you are seen, walk ins seem to get preference over appointments. Trying to be fair, I dont know if those are emergencies, so I will try to keep an open mind on that. That being said, when it was my turn for my appointment, the gentleman, and I use that term loosely, called my name, looked at me like I was dirt, was very terse, and curt and downright rude. I showed him my paperwork, he never said, how are you, etc...was good at taking my blood, but when it came time for the urinalysis, I did not know where the bathroom was for one, and he just bellowed, take the cup, pee in it and bring it back.TERRIBLE SERVICE.

The service at this facility is terrible. Yes, I admit that I was five minutes late for my appointment since I got stuck at a railroad crossing and its fine that I am now on the wait list, but to be ignored is poor customer service. They acknowledged that I had an appointment and than moved on. He could have mentioned something to me rather than just ignoring me. This is the little power that he probably has in life, so Ill give it to him. Just be polite and considerate. Thats all that I ask. I accept my faults, but ignoring people is just rude.

Its unacceptable that there is absolutely no way to reach them by phone. Even selecting the option "I am calling from a doctors office" results in an automated message saying that they are busy and to leave a message, and then that the voice mailbox is full. This is during the middle of a day on a Tuesday. Im taking this as a warning and going elsewhere.
