I first went to Prate Family Eye Care over a year ago. For years I was suffering from an annoying dry eye condition that just wouldnt subside. Dr. Brett Prate performed a procedure and recommended some eye drops that did the trick. I havent had a recurrence since that visit in October 2014. I recently returned for an annual eye examination. The staff were very helpful and courteous, and I was seen by Dr. Prate right on schedule. Dr. Brett is very knowledgeable and he patiently answered my questions in a very friendly manner. I am very satisfied with this eye care practice. They have the latest equipment, a convenient location, flexible hours (including weekends), and the staff and Dr. Prate are always informed and most helpful in making the right choices on lenses and frames if needed. Without hesitation, I recommend them.

I get a pair of Tom Ford glasses only to find that days later they got run over by a car. I called Dr. Prates office and told them the story and they ordered a new pair before I was even off the phone. I didnt even have to drop my old ones off or anything and said they would be here next week for meto pick up. Such a great office- they have the latest gadgets that give you more information about your eyes than you ever knew. Dr. Brett is very knowledgeable and speaks in plain english. If youre looking for a good eye doctor you cant go wrong with Prate Family Eye Care!!!

I have finally found a great eye doctor! I have seen several eye doctors and could not find a good one who actually seems to care about the patient, until now. Dr. Brett Prate is a wonderful doctor, which is certainly hard to come by these days. He is thorough, honest, and caring. He was even willing to stay open late in order to accommodate my need to be seen after work. I have and will continue to highly recommend Dr. Prate and his staff to all my friends and family. Any one in need of an eye doctor should look no further than Dr. Prate!

My family and I have been going to Prate Family Eye Care for about 10 years. I have always been impressed with their staff. From the front office, to the techs and doctors, they are all professional and personable. I love the fact we could all go on a Saturday afternoon. On my last visit, I also spent forever looking at glasses and really appreciated the staffs patience and excitement looking at frames with me. This office is a little far from our house, but it is well with the drive for the service we receive.

Dr is nice and helpful, and so is staff when your in the office except for Michelle. Called to ask questions about prescription cause I needed to order glasses online, she was very very rude saying statements if you dont know what your doing...all because the prescription didnt have the labels for sphere, cyl, and axel. Then hung up saying good luck....extremely unprofessional not my fault your prices are jacked up and people rather get glasses elsewhere for half the cost for the same brands

Prate Family Eye Care is the best eye clinic in South Jersey! The staff was very helpul and friendly and they know you by name (not a number). Dr. Brett Prate is a true professional and also has fun while taking care of his patients. He is thorough, knowledgeable, and will walk you through the exam and the results. He truly cares about each patient. I love the glasses that he prescribed and his staff helped me pick out as well!

I was looking for a new Optometrist, and my coworker highly recommended Dr. Brett Prate. I went for a visit last week and had an excellent experience. Every staff member I encountered was pleasant and professional. I have moved quite a bit in recent years, and had to use several different eye Doctors...I have not found an office atmosphere better than what Prate Family Eye Care has to offer! They are the best around.

Best staff and Doctors I have ever been to. Im terrible at picking out frames for my face and in one shot they were able to pick out the perfect frames for me. No hassels, No upsells, everything was smooth and comfortable and I didnt have to wait very long at all for the appointmet. Oh, and the coolest thing Ive ever seen is the retinal camera! It was awesome to see pictures of the inside of my eyes.

Had no service interruptions, staff was highly educated on my insurance. Prate Family Eye Care is a great place to get an eye exam. Very helpful and they have a huge selection of frames to pick from. I got a super cute Prada frame that Im in love with and a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses. Their prices and quality are great, and the staff is very friendly.
