The staff in this office is very helpful and lets face it....if they are indifferent or act like youre bothering them, who really wants to deal with the office at all? Dr. Richman is very thorough and seems to genuinely care about you -- not sure how he does it but hes also really good at remembering details about my health and last visit even though I only see him once a year. The place is clean and its one-stop shopping if you are so inclined because they have a full optical shop on the premises.
