This office is run very poorly. I only go there because it is the closest. Without an appointment, you will be virtually ignored. Most of the "humans" in the office hang around in the back where the music is the loudest. Generally they are cold, verging on rude. Although they are skilled at drawing blood, the atmosphere and negative vibe of the place really is upsetting.

This place sucks. Patients are ignored and there is only one tech out of three that seems to be working. The heavy set woman with long brown hair plays her cd player way too loud. My waiting time was 1.5 hours. I did not have an appointment but if I did I am sure that it might have only cut a few minutes off of my waiting time. Next time I will go to Marlton.

I must say, I have been to many Quest and Labcorp offices and by far the Medford office is the best. The girls are so polite and helpful. I always get the best treatment every time I go in. I recommend Medford to everyone I talk to. Their phlebotomy skills are exceptional.
