In my oponion this guy is only trying to sell you a set of glasses. It does not matter if he got the prescription correct its your fault if the glasses do not work for you. At the follow up appointment 2 weeks after receiving the glasses he checked the prescription and told me it was different then what he gave but did not want to change his original prescription. I complained that I could not read close up with the glasses on. He recomended bifocals. I can read with no issues up close without the glasses. He will make sure that you buy a set of glasses no matter what and if its wrong thats your issue. Beware he is very good at being passive aggressive. I will be seeing another doctor at the beginning of the year to get a proper diagnoses.

Ive been seeing Dr. Frank since around 1998. My kids see him as well. Ive had the same pair of glasses for many years because Dr. Frank has told me not to invest in new ones until Im ready. I wear contacts and he has been very helpful. I am over 50 and still no bifocals. It would be easy for him to sell them to me, but he goes by how youre doing overall and talks to you about your vision needs and issues. I like his personality and where else does the actual doctor answer the phone personally?
