My experience was a disaster!!! On Saturday it was a 4 hour wait, so I decided to go back today at 2:15, there were 2 people before me, I sign in and it told me I had 60 minutes. I then get in my car, take a ride, stop at a store then wanted to go to another store but decided against it cause I had to get back to my appointment. I get back and the machine now tells me I have a 77 minute wait....how could that be?? I sat down and waited for somebody, anybody to come out...NOBODY. Finally a woman comes out and asked me if I was there for a flu shot, I said no, I was there for a whooping cough shot...it was then that she told me that she was going to lunch....REALLY at 3 oclock your going to lunch when my original time to be taking in, should have been 3:18...it is now 3:05. She could not just take me and then go to lunch because there was nobody after me!!! On my way out the door I told the people at the counter that their MINUTE clinic sucked and the doctor who was the one who told me she was going to lunch..had a big laugh at what I said!! I did not find it funny at all when they tell you right on the web site for the clinic that they have a lunch break that goes from 2pm-3pm M-F. It was 3:05 and she was just going to lunch!! They SUCK plain & simple. If I wanted to wait 2 hours, I would have made a doctors appointment!!!

I realize that it is called a minute clinic for a reason but I will never go to another one. She did absolutely nothing and told me she was charging my card $60 dollars. When I checked my bank account there was an additional charge of $84 that I was never told about. Dont go there I would have rather gone to the er.
