One of the worst healthcare systems in the world worst small locations. Call to setup an appointment, scheduler cant do it so you get redirected to... a voice mail. Try to get a referral and no one will turn it in, or itll be denied instantly without consideration. No Doctors, only nurses, and they seem to be unable to read a computer screen. Claimed to increase my medication. Went from 80 to 60! How is that an increase, have I gone insane? Refill comes in and its now 120?! Counselor is never available and does not return calls. Their so called dietitian reads from a card that can be found anywhere on any health board ever. Optometrist is available tops three days a week, of which hes actually working maybe half of those. For most higher care your required to go to Buffalo VA, a 45+ minute drive down the Thruway with tolls. Of that you can either take a bus and likely be stranded due to waiting for your apt so long, or opt for the whopping $1.43 theyll reimburse in gas some three weeks after submitting the claim.

Ms. Liles is spot on. The so called medical professionals is a joke. They do not return calls even though the VA states you will hear in 24 hours or less. The record keeping is a mess mistakes, errors and false hoods. The supervisor Ms. M. Conrad knows one thing how to duck from the phone and lie. Always at a meeting, at training, on vacation, off sick or in Buffalo. This is amazing since she is wandering the hall at the Batavia VA hiding. She will never return calls no matter how many messages are left. Ms C. Rymarczyk. NP is a waste. Not up to speed prescribes medication that is no longer made enters incorrect doses in records . Totally clueless. C. R. NP also never returns calls and blames her nurse for not getting the messages. I left messages with the receptionist and I guess she does not get them either. C. R. N.P is the master of fiction and how to fabricate stories to get out of her problems. C. R. NP also has a memory problem and is very vindictive.

I know what many presume in regards to the VA Service in Batavia, NY, however I can tell you from experience, my husband is a Veteran and we go to the Batavia Center. First they have always been curtious to my husband and thankful for his service. Second, they give him an appointment and he is always seen at that exact time, so there is no waiting in all departments. Third, the doctors in Batavia are so thorough more so then any Primary care physician he has ever had. Batavia VA centers are wonderful and to ever say anything negative about their service is an insult to all those whom receive service from them. They are professional, curtious, sympathetic, helpful and kind in every way.

My recent experience with Dr. Sarah Thompson and past experience with Dr, Julia Terry have been extremely professional and supportive. I feel I am very fortunate to be in their care. They demonstrate a level of caring, knowledge and expertise that is very important in the health care profession. Jack Weather
