From the moment I entered the store I felt a good vibe. A nice man took my insurance. I said I dont have money to add to it. just what insurance covered. He said that was fine. Then the lady that continued taking my information was very nice & friendly. I was sent over to salesman Greg. He was so kind, Ive had a bad experience going to Bayshore Vision Center. The saleslady there was very rude to me because I didnt have money to add. Greg went above & beyond I didnt even ask for help & he was helping me. I told him I wanted a smaller lens, so he was measuring them to be precise. He found the perfect pair for me. I read the previous review claiming there racist over there. Well not the 3 people I dealt with. I even bumped into one of there displays & the lady jokingly said "that wasnt there before", so it wasnt my fault for bumping into it haha. I highly recommend Greg hes a very good man.

Getting sunglasses with magnifiers, no prescription. Were not ready, called multiple times as I want them for the beach . I was told I would receive a call back but they dont call back. I have never needed prescription glasses only readers. This was a splurge so i can read at beach.... wonder if Ill get them get them by my vacation next week. Very disappointed. I gave 2 stars because the salesman was nice.

These people are nasty, rude and racist.. They are not professional at all.. after going through lot of troubles and arguments they suppose to correct my Contact lenses prescription. which they did for my sample contact lenses.. and when I actually have to get copy of my presentation.. it was the same previous one.. it took 2 months and end result was nothing.. -100 out of 10.. .

Worst than horrible Rude employees not willing to assist customers. Walked in here looking to fill a prescription for my son and the fool at the counter couldnt even get off his chair to show which frames would be for kids. He suggested we looked at around 1500 frames to see which style we like. Walked out to never ever come again.

I simply needed a screw put in my glasses and it took them 35 minutes. There wasnt anyone else in the store for them to take care of and they just say there at a table and talked together.

The are excellent and prices are very good watch for there sales The woman who was there gave me even better prices then I ever excepted very good and fair service for my prcriptions
