The wait time is unacceptable, one time we waited 2 hours. However, today we waited 30minutes which is still an inconvenience. Of course after all that time waiting, my daughters teeth were not cleaned properly. It was a 5 minute procedure. Her chart still is not updated, it shows that she still has primary teeth. She has all her permanent teeth expect for 3rd molars. It seems these doctors dont even do a thorough exam, because they never know she has all her permanent teeth. I have to tell the doctor, then they check her teeth again and say " youre right mom, she does have all her teeth wow". So you didnt notice that when you was doing the exam? Do they even check for cavities? I went to get a 2nd opinion to make sure my daughters teeth were checked properly. The new dentist informed me she did have one cavity and her sealants were most likely not done properly. She told us we should use a fluoride rinse (Act) and floss every night. She went over oral hygiene with my daughter. This office doesnt floss their teeth, clean teeth good or complete exams thoroughly. I would love to see the new dentist more often but of course she doesnt accept our crappy insurance. Its expensive, but definitely worth it. I feel like since our crappy insurance companies dont pay the doctors much, they really dont care. Its not right, so do your research, get 2nd 3rd even 4th opinions if you have to. This is our last time seeing inexperienced doctors who determine our treatment according to how our insurance pays them. I gave one star, because Google wont allow me to choose zero. BEWARE!!!!

Neutral experience, I went with my 15 month old daughter . It was her first dental experience, dental hygienist was little bit forceful , but I understand, she needed to accomplish her job and it is hard to make 15 month old to cooperate . Dentist was young , but friendly , thorough, experienced, took a quick look into my daughter mouth. He addressed all my questions . He said to come back for the next visit when she will reach 2 years old . Office appeared to be clean , I like that they had activity cube in waiting room to occupy kids. What I dont like about this office , is that after this visit , they are keep calling me and texting with reminders to schedule an appointment . I called them back and I said ; " Dentist said no need to come in before 2 yr old Birthday" . I told them ; " should I schedule now or should I call back later to schedule it?". Receptionist told me I can call back to make apt.later , since there are few months ahead. But , they are still calling me and leaving voice messages to make an appointment. Based on this , it makes me feel wary, wanting to switch dental offices ! And also what other reviewers mentioned about turn around of different dentist for a patient .

Ive been taking my daughter there for a year and a half now and in that frame time she has seen 3 different doctors. The first doctor we saw told me that my Daughter had a cavity so deep she had to remove it and replace the tooth with a silver cap(which I regert doing so much. It doesnt look nice and it ruins her beautiful smile.) Then the 2nd time I went I saw Dr Brenda she was a sweetheart and she didnt find any cavities. The 3rd time I went I saw another Dr. When I asked to make an apt to see Dr. Brenda. The receptionist never followed up with me to let me know that Brenda was working different hours. Since I already took the day off, I stayed & saw a new Dr. and she told me my daughter had one cavity. I just feel these Dr are in training and after they do their year they move to another dentist office. My Advice for the parents go with your instincts and always get second opinions before you start removing and drilling holes in your childs teeth.

This place is HORRIBLE!!!! They switch dentist without your consent, the assistant told my 5 year son "if you dont stay still Im going to have to tie you up!!!" I want so disgusted by that comment I had to address her right there!!!!!That is traumatic for a child!!!!!!The dentist was horrible!!!!!!why work with kids if you dont know how to deal with them!!!! she wanted to do multiple procedures on my son that day. Even as an adult you should NOT do that. I went to a childrens dentist assuming they would know how to deal with children instead my son left out of there scared and crying!!!!! I HATE THIS PLACE AND THE EMPLOYEES WITH A PASSION. Parents PLEASE dont take your children to this HORRIBLE DENTIST OFFICE!!!! I wish it gave an option to put a negative number because one star is too much to give the horrible place!!!!!!

My 5yr old daughter was very nervous about being at the dentists office but dentist Dara Weiner did an amazing job at keeping her calm and was very nice and patient. Not sure if Mr. Jacobson still works there but I was very satisfied with the dentist that worked on my daughter. The manager was also very nice and helpful.
